It is air-conditioned, 220m2 with swimming pool and is located in a quiet area of Nice, which will allow you to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while being close to Villefranche-sur-mer and St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. It has an exterior ideal for alfresco dining with panoramic views of the city and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms are bright and spacious. An ideal place for a stay with family or friends.

## Transit
Access to accommodation is preferable by car. Please note that the private road leading to the villa is not paved.
You can also take a taxi from the airport to the house.
The Nice SNCF train station is located 10 to 20 minutes away depending on the time and time of year, and will allow you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even Italy easily.
The tram present in Nice will also allow you to discover the city.
