Remontoitu, vuonna 2016-2017, meidän 2000 neliön jalka 4 makuuhuoneen 4 kylpyhuoneen huvilassa on korkeat katedraalin katot, joiden tärkein oleskelutila on avoin näkymä ja kaikki uudet laitteet. Runsaasti valoa on suuret ikkunat ja kaikki lasiset ulkoovet. Villa istuu tilava 8000 neliön jalka omaisuuden lopussa pieni umpikujaan ja on vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Ritz ja Marriott Beach (meidän etumatkaamme Marriott / Ritz Carlton Roundabout / ympyrä on 750 metriä / 4/10 mailia).
Ulkopuolella on hyvä koko 350 neliön jalka-allas 4-5 jalka syvyys. On 2 vesipenkkiä, joihin mahtuu 4 henkilöä mukavasti ja askeleen lähellä 6 henkilöä voi nauttia drinkin istuen altaassa. Uima-allas on myös nostettu 1 jalka maanpinnan yläpuolelle, mikä tarjoaa istuimet istuimella ympäri allas. Allasta ympäröi tilava 1000 + neliön jalka huippuluokan koralli-patio, jonka paljaat jalat arvostavat suuresti. Coral-patio ja askeleen vieressä on toinen 1000 + neliön jalka baijerilainen kenttäkivi patio (myös paljain jalka ystävällinen), joka kattaa suurimman osan takapihalla. Näissä patioalueissa on ulkosuihku ja suuri trooppinen huvimaja-alue, jossa on vaikuttava 20 jalka L-muotoinen kiillotettu betoninen baari, jossa on sähköliittimet. 10 hotellin laatupalkkituoleilla ja grilli on täydellinen paikka ulkona. Lukuun ottamatta leimattua konkreettista kulkutietä kaikkialla, mukaan lukien uima-allas, terassit, huvimaja, baari, palapa ja maisemointi, on täysin uusi vuodesta 2016-2017.

2019 Päivitykset sisältävät:
-3 uutta wc: tä päärakennuksessa (vanhemmat olivat täysin hieno, mutta 15 tuuman istuinkorkeus). Uudet ovat 17 tuuman, joka on tavallinen tuolin korkeus.
-2 uutta turhuutta 2: ssa kylpyhuoneessa
- Täydellinen kylpyhuone lisätään viereiseen huoneistoon, joka tällä hetkellä on pesutupa.
-Lisätty kattotuuletin vielä 2 makuuhuoneeseen.

Meillä on oma puhelun kokki. Chef Jon on erikoistunut aitoihin arubalaisiin ruokiin.

Winter getaway with friends
This property is exactly what we had hoped for. Jim and Tamara were terrific hosts and met us at the house upon our arrival in Aruba. The location is ideal to the beach and many restaurants and hotels. We took in many sights all over the island via our car rental, but had several days hanging out in the pool and enjoying their gorgeous home and resort-like backyard. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Property and Fantastic Hosts
We had such a lovely stay. The house is immaculate, comfortable and equipped with everything one could hope for. The outside area is perfect--completely private and spacious, lots of areas to lounge in sun or shade. We loved it! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They helped us find a car rental last minute and were available at a moment's notice all week. :)

Beautiful house in a convenient location
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic. It’s a beautiful house and very accessible to the beach and hotel district. The house has everything you need and more. The owners were communicative and willing to help with anything we needed. They even recommended an urgent care for us. Despite the need for an urgent care, we had a wonderful stay.

An amazing house, close to everything and far enough for privacy. There is construction next door, they start around 6:30am (12/2024) but that would not make me choose elsewhere, house/pool/outdoor space and number of bedrooms made this perfect!

Your own private resort!
We loved our stay at Jim and Tamera's house! It is clean, spacious and close to restaurants and access to the beach! We loved exploring Aruba, but also loved staying home and enjoying the pool and numerous seating areas! Jim and Tamera are the BEST hosts and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! They are very helpful with restaurant recommendations, car rentals etc. Stop scrolling, you have found your place!

Perfect Family Stay in Aruba
Our family had a perfect week in Aruba. This property is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was just as shown in the description and pictures. There were 7 adults in our group - 3 couples and 1 single. We were very comfortable in the house, there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed being in a house during our stay instead of a hotel/condo. The pool and grounds are so wonderful - very enjoyable - we enjoyed spending time out by the pool and the bar area each day. The home is a couple of blocks off of the main street with all the hotels. It is a nice neighborhood and close to everything. We had rental cars which made getting around easy- parking was never a problem. We visited a couple of different beaches. Our favorite spot for public beach access was at Coco Loco on Eagle Beach. It is a beach bar/restaurant but they also rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. It is absolutely a beautiful spot on the beach and away from the crowds and activity on Palm Beach. Jim, Tamara and Lis are great - the communication both before and during was great. Anytime I had a question leading up to our stay, Jim or Tamara always responded quickly with information. Our week was perfect!

Awesome Location
This was our first stay in Aruba and this VRBO. Owners gave us all the information and tips we needed to have a great stay. The location was perfect, close to beaches and restaurants. This was perfect for three couples, each had our own bathroom. The outdoor was perfect for morning coffee and a swim in the private pool. We had a few questions and property manager and owner responded quickly. This is a great alternative to hotels since it is private and we saved money making breakfast and lunch. Towels and beach towels were provided which was great. Not sure if a car is always needed but this week was very hot so we didn’t walk. However if cooler we might have. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice stay
House was conveniently located, had a great pool and owner was very helpful. The kids bedroom with the bunk bed is on the opposite side of the house just so parents understand. Wasn’t a big deal for our older kids. Pool was great after hot days at the beach. House had everything as listed. Would stay again.

Beautiful home, great location!
This home was perfect for my family. Ideally located and private. Easy access to town, airport and local beaches. Started our day off sitting around the pool with breakfast and ended the night taking a dip. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Sharing this with friends who plan to go. Great Property for Family Enjoyment
As we entered, we immediately noticed the gorgeous landscaping and amenities, including the beautiful pool. The security of the property was reassuring. Going into the home, we loved the open floor plan. It was very clean and tidy. The home felt spacious yet cozy at the same time. The bedrooms were comfortable and we appreciated the doors separating the sleeping quarters from the living area. As Americans, we missed a full-size oven but were able to use the provided countertop convection. We loved staying in your home, enjoyed our family time immensely, and look forward to the possibility of staying again in the future.

Perfect for a larger group the outside is absolutely beautiful
We had a wonderful week at Jim and Maria’s place. The house is gorgeous especially the outside! They were very helpful in suggestions of beaches to visit restaurants to try and other activities! If we come back to Aruba we will definitely stay here again!
