Felt like a zoo to be honest. Hotel accomodates cruise passengers for a day stays at this facilities causing major delays in bar and restaurant services. It took more than an hour for me to order one beer at pool bar. There is no respect for guests staying at the hotel, starting from check-ins I felt like the receptionist were doing a favor to us. Hotel does not even offer water bottles in room. When asked they said to drink from faucet. Beach towels needs special card that guests will receive during checkins( i didnt had mine and caused lot of issues). Pool area needs more umbrellas, they only had 4-5 in the enitre area. Felt like a scam going to an app to pay for a spot. Food quality for afternoon snacks like fries, mozzarella sticks is extremely cheap, try to avoid it. I liked the staff serving at restaurants, extremely hard working , understands the needs of parents travelling with kids. The room was very outdated and had water leaking out of bathroom. At least it was a clean water so we were ok. I request the management responsible for handing occupancy of this hotel to do a day stay like regular guests to feel the bad experience rest of the guest are feeling and consider 1/ Limiting the occupancy based on what hotel staff could handle to maintain the quality of service, 2/ instruct receptionist staff to spend 2 extra minutes to explain hotel amenities durung check-ins, and 3/ refund my hotel stay if they like this post to make millions. (i know its not going to happen)
