Asunnomme on täydellinen paikka työmatkoihin, viikonloppuisin tapaamiseen tai täydellisiin lomiin. Asunto on erinomaisella paikalla, josta on helppo pääsy rannalle ja paikallisia palveluita. Pienillä kodin kosketuksilla kaikkialla, voit asettua asumaan heti kun kävelet oven läpi. Olemme myös lemmikkieläinystävällisiä ja sallimme tupakoinnin vain kiinteistön takapihan terassilla suositun kiinteistön ulkopuolella.

Good stay on a budget
We appreciated the back yard for our dog and the location near the beach. There are some maintenance needs and the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before our stay.

“Perfect Little Shack”
Just me and my boyfriend stayed here for a few days. Everything was good. Anthony the host was great with communication and made everything very easy. Everything is nice and clean. We mainly just went to the beach all day, went out for dinner, and just spent nights there mainly. That’s what a place like this is really meant for. 👍

So much better than a hotel!
I occasionally travel to the VA Beach Area with work. Usually I stay at a hotel, but this time couldn't find one close to my worksite that fit my budget so decided to try VRBO. The apartment is wonderful. Great location. Easy access to the beach, to Newport News, Norfolk, Military Reservation and Fort Story. The booking process was efficient and easy. I brought my dog and it was so much better than trying to navigate him in a hotel. I want to go back and stay just for a short weekend vacation.

Perfect little getaway
My husband and I came in for a short getaway and this place was perfect for us. The area was quiet and only minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was extremely clean and neat and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again.

I felt like the property was misleading on line. I had punched in Chic’s beach.. Found this studio apt. Bnb for a reasonable price. Place was small, which I get, love seat has seen better days and totally needs to be thrown out! It was a shitshow for 2 adults sitting together. Suggest a little TLC on the outside but has a great fenced courtyard with patio furniture. Was not far from the naval base and realized the beach was Ocean View and not a 3 min. Walk to the beach! I realized it was old housing for naval families. However, I must say it was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Great Weekend Getaway
We had a great stay! The house was clean, and the perfect size for two people. The house was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Walmart was 5 miles away, which was nice for a quick grocery/supplies pick up. Everyone that walked by was friendly. We had a super short walk to the beachfront, and there were minimal people on the beach while we were there. Found a new favorite restaurant to go eat at- Captain Groovy’s. After always staying in VA Beach, this was a very welcome change of pace. Will definitely be back!

Great place for the price
We’ve now stayed in two vrbo’s from this owner and both times we have not been disappointed. This property is right down the road from free parking at the beach which is super convenient and a lot less crowded than staying at Virginia Beach. This property is now our go-to for having a quick vacation where we can relax for the weekend. The place was super clean but we did have to wash the dishes before using them but that did not take away from the trip at all and this is still a 5-Star worthy place to stay! We really enjoyed it!

Great time in Norfolk
My wife and I came up for the weekend. Had a great time. The place is pretty small, but was perfect for just the two of us. Check-in was easy and communication with the owner was great. Decent location.

Nice place by the beach
Didn't spend a lot of time at the rental - just used it to crash. Nice place for it. Very close to the beach, which was great. Not sure if Norfolk has recycling services, but a recycling bin would have been nice. It seems like the owners are continually making improvements, so this place will only get better!

Fantastic little apartment rental
We booked this rental for 14 days-I had business in the area and brought my teen to stay for a vacation/trip. The location was great! Very close to airport, downtown (less than 10 min drive), 2-3 blocks to beach access and parks. Quiet neighborhood and just enough space! Loved the laundry and kitchen-made just about all our meals! Bathroom spacious. Definitely fit our budget and needs. The backyard/patio was nice (shared with other apartments) but fenced for pets/children. Manager was great as well! No issues with security or appliances. Property was clean and there was vacuum/broom and supplies available so we could clean ourselves (sometimes longer rentals don’t have that). I did purchase paper goods (including toilet paper) for our use while in residence, but I expected that. Wifi was great for both teen use and I was able to work as well. Had cable tv.

Beach getaway
Check in was a little difficult as we were sent the wrong code. Contacted the owner, who had to contact someone else for the code. Once we were inside all was good. Couch was not to comfortable but we didn't sit to liong. Kitchen was not stocked well, no bowls found for storage in the fridge. Place was nice and clean for the most part. Trash was stacked up in the back yard (either not picked up by the city or a party before us but all 6 cans were full and smelly due to heat). Grass was in a need of a cutting but we managed on the pavers. Bed was comfortable. Place was hard to regulate the air conditioning, seemed that the system was being changed remotely at times. Loved the area and it was within walking distance to the beach.

Convenient and clean. Host responded very quickly when we had the wrong pass code for the door. We would recommend new dinette stools; the existing stools wobbly. We recommend for an affordable stay in the Norfolk / VA Beach area.
