The Little Blue Shack

We are so excited to share with you, our Little Blue Shack on North Beach. Generations of our family have grown up, holidaying on the beautiful North Beach, we have so many special memories; it really is the perfect family holiday destination.

The Little Blue Shack has everything you need for a wonderful family holiday. It really is the perfect blend of old shack holiday vibe with all the modern comforts of home.

The location is just perfect, it really is a hidden gem. Perched above the dunes the shack has spectacular sea views spanning over the entire North Beach. The crystal clear water is oh so close and easily accessible; just a short stroll down the front steps of the shack and through the dunes and you will find yourselves on the sand. North Beach is a great swimming beach and is perfect for young children. The sand is long and flat to enjoy long morning walks; the shallow rock pools just in front of the shack are the perfect place to explore and uncover baby mud crabs. North Beach is also one of the few SA beaches you can actually drive your car on and set up for the day.

The activities really are endless.....but even more so, it is just the perfect place to kick of your shoes, soak up the sunshine, relax and just breathe in the fresh ocean air.

Now, you will be pleasantly surprised how big this shack really is; comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with ocean views; bedroom 2 is a huge room boasting 1 x queen and a single bunk bed.

All rooms have split system air-conditioning. Quilts and pillows supplied, EXCLUDES SHEETS AND TOWELS.

The family bathroom has a shower, new vanity and toilet. There is a new external laundry, with a washing machine and dryer.

The main living and kitchen is enormous and well equipped. There is a second living area with a comfy sofa bed. In winter time enjoy the slow combustion heater.

The property is fully fenced, there is plenty of room in the rear garden for a BBQ, kids to play and room for the boat and fish cleaning. The new outdoor shower and foot tap is perfect for rinsing off the salt and sun. Directly behind the property is a great reserve with new playground equipment, basketball, tennis and fitness facilities. The park is well maintained with plenty of grass and open spaces for the kids to play.

The shack is equipped with everything you need for a true beach holiday. Inside you will find family games, magazines, books and jig saw puzzles. Outside you will find 2 kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, outdoor games and sporting equipment.

The shack has a modern, mid century, coastal decor which is timeless and fun.

The shack is within a short drive to the Wallaroo Township which boasts several delicious cafes and a very popular gin distillery. There are also plenty of great local pubs that offer true country hospitality.

This little treasure is all within a short 1.5 hour drive from Adelaide, how lucky are we....and you...go on, check it out - you won't regret it.
