Tämä koti on lähellä kaikkea parasta Chathamin tarjontaa! Kävele kadun toisella puolella Chatham Perkiin aamukahvia tai poimia voileipiä pikniklounasta rannalla. Olemme myös kävelymatkan päässä Lazy Lobsterista ja vajaan 2 km: n päässä Chatham Light Beachistä, pyörätieltä ja Chatham Town Centeristä.

Pohjimmiltaan Kap Cod, pyöreästä kuorella peitetystä ajotieltä vyöruusuihin ja meritähtien ikkunoihin. Katsomalla sitä, et koskaan arvaa, että se mahtuu helposti niin monta vierasta! Rakastamme anteliaita oleskelu- ja ulkotiloja, joiden avulla voimme viihdyttää mukavasti perhettämme ja ystäviämme - siellä on runsaasti tilaa kokoontua yhdessä tai hiipiä lukemaan kirjaa yksityisesti!

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi viihtyisää olohuonetta, joista toisessa on taulutelevisio ja vierekkäinen ruokailutila, johon sisältyy 7-jalkainen ruokapöytä - suuri perheillallisille. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös moderni, syövä keittiö, täysi kylpyamme, makuuhuone, jossa on uusi tyynynpäällinen queen-vuode, ja makuuhuone, jossa uusi tyynynpäällinen king-vuode ja plasmatelevisio.

Toisessa kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja ¾ kylpy.

Lovely home
We loved everything- the paint colors, the comforting furniture, the lack of clutter yet beautifully decorated, the gorgeous deck, the beds, the fully stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful family weekend here, with long mornings drinking our coffee outside on the private, comfortable deck. Lighthouse beach was a wonderful day. We were but a mile from our wedding venues. What a treat!

Crooks' Nook is a big hit
My family truly enjoyed our stay at The Crooks Nook! It fit our group of 11 (kids & adults) perfectly. We prepared all our meals in the well-stocked spacious kitchen and ate together most nights at the long table out on the deck. In fact, we spent a lot of time outdoors around the gas firepit or playing pitch'n'catch, croquet, frisbee... Inside, the dining/family room was large enough for board games, puzzles, TV watching, and toys! Leaving the living room available to the grown-ups who had work commitments. In addition to all of that, like others have said, the owners were very responsive. We definitely recommend.

Family Getaway
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is great and all we could want for a Cape Cod house. 9 of of us were comfortable with plenty of space and enjoyed our time. The property is located perfectly. There is a beach within a 4 minute drive and a great coffee shop and raw bar across the street. This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The owners are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect location and home for our family! The kitchen was very well equipped making meal prep a breeze. The backyard was spacious and cozy, allowing the kids (and some of the adults) plenty of room to play some catch with the football, while the remainder of the family enjoyed the deck and watched. Kate was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Kate’s property was great. It was exactly as advertised with no surprises which I greatly appreciated. Every amenity you might need was accounted for. Ideal for a weekend getaway!
This home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Plenty of space and close to so many beaches and shops. The inside was charming, plenty of comfortable bedrooms, and the backyard was relaxing and quiet. Also appreciated that there was a coffeeshop right across the street. Kate was very helpful and quick to respond. It was a pleasure to stay here -- would recommend!!

Wonderful Stay
We were a large group - 8 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for all of us inside, and a terrific deck with sectional and fire pit outside. We especially liked the large driveway ( so we could all get in and out) and the family plus living room- we used every bit. It was a lovely home with attractive comfy furniture , plenty extras - including toys for the kids and beach chairs. The outside shower was a plus, and we made good use of it, it was so clean and enjoyable. No one wanted to leave, and everyone said they liked this house the best of all we have stayed in. Thank you to the owners!

Perfect vacation home away from home
The home was lovely. Clean, charming, comfortable! There were 11 of us. All family members. The yard was large, the deck was inviting and the location made it easy to get to all the beaches and hot spots we wanted to visit. We have been vacationing in Chatham every summer for the last 11 years. This home and its owners are at the top of our list of favorites.

Spent 2 weeks with family celebrating a destination wedding. Enjoyed the beach, whale watching, pirate museum, glass works, maritime museum, Atwood house and browsed the shops on Main Street in Chatham. Wonderful restaurants topped it off.

Great size and location
We had a great stay at Kate's property. Perfect size and location for our family (7 adults, 1 child). We loved the fully-fenced backyard and deck, and spent a lot of time in the cozy living/dining room. 10/10 would recommend!

Spacious, well stocked, and convenient.
We loved the layout and decor of the house. Bright, comfy living room next to large family room with TV. Big dining table that fit 8 of us. Back yard accommodated fierce game of bocce, as well as eating and reading . The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking gear and essentials. Also nice selection of games, books, and beach equipment. It is set back from a busy road, but close to downtown Chatham, the fish pier, and bike trail. Owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Great time. All loved the house.

Comfortable updated house!
A lovely home and very well appointed. It was spacious for our family reunion and the kitchen was generously stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. It was a pleasure to work with the owners who were very accommodating. The only downside for us was it was not walking distance to beaches and there were no sidewalks for a stroll.

Reunion at the Crook's Nook, 294 Orleans Road
We had a very good week's visit with 12 friends, at the Crook's Nook together with another nearby house. 7 of us stayed at the Crook's Nook, and it worked very well for the group. Very clean and comfortable, both in the living areas and on the back deck where we had several meals. The host, Kate, was very responsive to any inquiry we made before or during our visit.

Our stay at Crooks Nook
We had a very good time on our stay at Crooks Nook, everything at the house was very clean and homey. The kitchen was fully equipped, it had everything we needed. Having the washer and dryer was an added bonus. The kids loved playing in the yard, it is completely fenced in. It was close to beaches and stores. The outdoor shower was great after being at the beach. There were fresh flowers in the kitchen when we arrived, it was a nice touch.

Wonderful Stay!
The house offered up so much space for our family of 8 and would have been super for more (we had 3 that could not make it). The backyard was perfect for family games and although on a main street was super quiet! It became our second home really quick! Location was perfect and so close to the biking trails.
