Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen rantatalo on täydellinen perheille tai kaveriporukoille, jotka rakastavat North Myrtle Beachin Ocean Drive -osaa. Vain pysy täällä ja kaikki jännitys ja rentoutuminen ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä kotoasi. Tämä talo voi nukkua jopa 14 henkilöä. Siinä on täydellinen keittiö, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, olohuone ja iso kansi. Sen sijainti on täydellinen tutkimaan kuuluisaa Ocean Drive -osaa ja kaikkia nähtävyyksiä, ja mikä parasta on, että ranta on kadun toisella puolella. Rakastat tätä rantamökkiä! Kaikki kysyvät, miksi emme tarjoa liinavaatteita? Vastaus on yksinkertainen, vaan tarjoamme mieluummin asiakkaillemme alhaisempia hintoja, jotta sinä ja rakkaasi saavat hauskempaa rahaa :) Satunnaisten admin-maksujen ja pyykin lisäämisen sijaan "vain" välitämme säästöt suoraan sinulle! Olemme enemmän kuin onnellinen vuokrata ne sinulle 25 dollaria sängystä. Ilmoita minulle 30 päivää ennen sisäänkirjautumista, jos haluat tehdä niin.

Varauksen jälkeen allekirjoitettu vuokrasopimus ja kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus on lähetettävä meille sähköpostitse 7 päivän kuluessa varauksesta. Saatuaani postitan kaikki tärkeät tiedot ja ainutlaatuisen näppäimistön ovikoodisi. Tämä koodi lähetetään sinulle sähköpostitse, kun olet tehnyt varauksen yhdessä kaikkien hyödyllisten tietojen kanssa. Kiinteistön omistajat vaativat vuokrasopimuksen kuvan ja henkilötodistuksen lähettämisen takaisin 7 päivän sisällä varauksesta. Lähetän sen sinulle pdf-muodossa heti varauksen jälkeen :)

Käytämme elektronista näppäimistöä, joten siirryt suoraan taloon. Sisäänkirjautuminen klo 16:00 Lähtö klo 11:00. Älä yritä syöttää vuokraasi ennen kello 16.00 tai myöhemmin, jotta vältetään 200 dollarin veloitus, jos koodia käytettiin. Saamme tekstin, jossa sanotaan, että ainutlaatuista koodiasi käytettiin. Kaikki ominaisuudet ovat ammattimaisesti puhdistettuja ja tarvitsevat aikaa kuivua.

Ryhmät, jotka koostuvat alle 21-vuotiaista ensisijaisista varaajista, vaaditaan lähettämään vanhemman allekirjoittama vastuulomake ja vanhempien tunnus sähköpostilla.

Vahinkovakuutus vaaditaan 59 dollaria ja siivousmaksu, joka sisältyy jo kyselyhintaasi :) siivousmaksu sisältää vuodevaatteiden / levitteiden / patjapeitteiden / tyynyliinojen pesun, pölynimurin, kylpyhuoneiden puhdistamisen ja keittiötarvikkeiden laskemisen / puhtauden varmistamisen ja laittamisen. pois puhtaat astiat

Tässä on "vain" hieman lisätietoja perustuen viimeisimpiin arvosteluihin, jotka olemme saaneet:

Kiinteistö ruiskutetaan kerran kuussa tuhoaja, näet palmettos, koska ne tulevat ihmisiin, rantatuoleja, pyyhkeitä ja kaikkea / ketään, joka on tullut ulkopuolelta. Vastaus kysymykseen "miksi näen näitä tuholaisia" on se, että ne asuvat palmuissa ja löytävät tiensä rakennukseen ajamalla sisään ihmisiin ja rantatavaroihin. Kutsun heitä rantakaupunkimme epäviralliseksi maskotiksi;)

Ylläpitoosasto on saatavana klo 10–15, ja annan sinulle heidän numeronsa luettelon hätätapauksista tunnin jälkeen tai ei hätätilanteissa, kun varaat.

Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta North Myrtle Beach Beaches. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi vesipuiston. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

July Vacation

Location is fantastic and close to everything!!! The bar directly behind the house is loud and bright until 2am or so every night. And the neighborhood lights themselves in parking areas etc also very bright. No curtains in the windows so getting sleep was rough. The house had plenty of space for all 11 of us. The front deck is old and some of the planks are raised and or the gap between them is wide,posing a tripping hazard. This happened a few times during our stay. Overall the location couldn't get better and would stay again. There was left over hair on the shower walls in the downstairs bathroom off of the kitchen, floors especially the staircase were not swept very well upon arrival. Communication from the property manager was timely.

A day at the beach

2023 Beach Vacay

The house was bigger and had more space than the post shows. It was very homey and plenty of room for our huge family. They had beach chairs, towels and any thing you needed to make meals. We only had to walk straight down the road about 2 minutes to get to the beach. I would recommend the cleaning crew be a little more thorough when cleaning for the next group to check in. All in all it was a wonderful experience

Top-notch location!

We decided to have a family get-together in Myrtle Beach and were glad to find this home that easily accommodated all 14 of us. It was pleasantly clean and better than expected. The location is top notch! Right next to the beach- All we had to do was cross the street and the bridge to the sand was right there! Very convenient for family members who wanted to hang out at the water, or go back to the house to nap or eat at their leisure. Our whole stay, everyone in our family kept praising the convenient location. Only caveat- bring earplugs to sleep at night. There is a bar right behind that plays loud music into the night. We turned up the humidifier fan to drown out the noise. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here for another get-together.

Awesome location!!!!! Great stay with a great price. Don’t really understand some of the bad reviews. You don’t get brand new for this price!!! Cleaning crew did a great job preparing the house for us. They were there working diligently right up until our check in time. Hats off to them-THANK YOU!!!!

Property review

The property is located in a nice location near the beach, the property is okay inside, the price is reasonable. However, there were some few big roaches that need to be taken care of, the beds need to be upgraded, dining table, better TV set(2 no) and Serious cleaning need to be done both inside and in the compound. That would make the property an ideal vacation of choice in my opinion. Otherwise the response to the needs were quick and easy. I would book again if those few improvements are made and shown on clearly booking site. Thanks

ideal location

older beach house in ideal location. Suited our needs well. The internet was out so they hooked us up to a nearby network of another one of their rentals. Very helpful since we had people with us that were working from home. We had a large group and it was plenty of space. Things to bring: sheets, blankets, pillowcases, soap for bathroom and kitchen, handtowels, bath towels, beach towels, any paper products like tp or paper towels. Extra blankets were helpful. It did get rather warm downstairs when we were drying a lot of things in the dryer. So, just keep those doors closed. Just FYI to the owners, their fridge is probably on its last leg. We of course had lots of things in it, but over the course of four days our freezie pops wouldn't freeze even after turning the temp of the freezer up. I'd recommend this for a quick walk to the beach with kids.

Bucket list

Our time here was relaxing. There was plenty to do to stay occupied. It was peaceful at night as well. The only unfortunate thing that happened was when a couple was passing by, coming from a local bar, and the lady decided to do her business behind the shed while our kids were outside playing. My brother confronted them about how disrespectful they were being and ran them off. Other than that all was good.

Close to the beach!

This property was pretty well as described. It had 3 bathrooms and enough beds for our family. (We have a family of 8) There were a few problems but maintenance responded promptly and it was all taken care of. The property is located near all kinds of night life and plenty of things to do around the area. It’s nice how close to the beach access it is which made it easy to go to the beach and leave often. Only suggestion would be to put a hose outside for cleaning off after going to the beach. Helps with keeping the sand out of the house. ☺️ Property manager was prompt in responding and great to work with. The price was also very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay. Pictures are exactly how the property looks. It does come with pillows and comforters so you literally only need sheets. Only having one TV was interesting with teenagers and little kids, but it gave the kids a nice break from electronics and forced family time lol Overall if you’re looking for a budget friendly place near the beach for a larger party (family) it’s a great solution.

Perfect location!

Location is great!! big house lots of space. Love the deck. The house does need some house improvements especially the bathrooms. need bug treatment we encounter some roaches if it wasn't for that I would give it a 5 star and would come back next year.
