Tämä on 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen merenranta huoneisto. Koko yksikkö päivitettiin vuoden 2015 lopulla, kun kaikki uudet lattiat, huonekalut, maalit, kaapit ja graniitti. Tässä yksikössä on 1 king, 3 kuningattaret ja vuodesohva, ja siihen mahtuu korkeintaan 10 henkeä.

Ashworth Resort sijaitsee Pohjois-Ocean Boulevardissa. Ashworth on 18-kerroksinen rakennus viehättävässä Ocean Drive -osiossa pitkin North Myrtle Beachin merenrantaa, jossa on kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Jokaisessa Ashworthin loma-asunnossa on merenranta-parveke, joten perheesi rantaloma alkaa merinäköalalla kauniille valkoisille hiekkarannoille. Ashworthin perheystävällinen virkistysmahdollisuus sisältää uima-altaan, jossa on merenranta-laiska joki, merenranta-allas, merenranta-lapsi-allas ja rentouttava, merenranta-kylpytynnyri.

Great Stay in a Great Location!
This unit offered everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Ashcroft. With linens provided, a well-stocked kitchen, ans everything in working order, our stay was relaxing and carefree. Unit location within the resort was perfect, too... We could chat with group members on the pooldeck from our balcony, but still high enough above the dunes to see the ocean and our umbrellas on the beach. * The cleaning crew may need to spend just a little longer in the condo, taking time to look behind chairs, in drawers, and in closets. We found a random pair of little pink socks, a few crumbs behind the chair in the master bedroom, and a little random note in a bedroom drawer most likely behind the owner of the pink socks. None of these discoveries detracted from our stay and were easy to deal with on our own... they certainly weren't a reflection on the owner either! I'm sure the cleaning crews were working diligently to get as many condos ready for the next move-in as possible, and being able to check-in early was worth the tiny oversights. All around fantastic stay and a great resort!

The unit could use updating. The master bed is very uncomfortable and sits on two full size box springs. It makes it so the bed slants toward the middle. The building has a small pool for the amount of units. If you are an adult and want some peaceful pool time it will need to be early in the morning or late in the day. Also, even though it states no personal beach umbrellas are allowed on the beach at this building the area in front of rentable beach umbrellas was filled with them. We had a good time but would look for a different place to stay next time.

Cleanliness
This was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and pool area. You didn't hear your neighbors. Our freezer wasn't working but i got quick response from North Beach realty and received a new fridge next day. The condo needs a good cleaning. Dirt under couches. Fans were caked with dirt. The old refrigerator was sticky. My husband cleaned the filter for the air conditioner and replaced the filter and vacuumed the rooms. Other than that we loved our stay!

No problems found. Great stay!
It was an overall great property. We slept 9 comfortably. We had zero issues with check in or cleanliness. Beautiful location. Just know that the property will not allow a 3rd vehicle in the parking garage, but, you can leave a vehicle at the office 9 minutes away. We made it work and had no problems with the vehicle we left at office. Would definitely stay here again.

Over priced for what we got.
We did a precheck in before getting the keys. We were told to come back at 4p. They must have told everyone to come back at 4p. It was acluster. The parking garage had massive peeling rubber. Just an old building. The furniture was scuffed and chipped. They supplied the room with 1 dishtowel and 2 washclothes for 8 people. I have to say it was a great location. We were right on the beach. Would never stay here again.

Great Time
Beach location was perfect. Being on the 1st floor was great with little kids. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing was the place needs a real good cleaning. We did contact the rental company and they send someone over because the ceiling fan and air vents were very dirty. She did her best but it needs a good going over when the season is over. That said, it certainly didn’t effect our holiday. We’d stay here again.

We loved the location being on the 1st floor and close to the pool and beach.
We liked that it has a kiddie pool, lazy river, indoor pool and outdoor pool. This was great for the young kids. Also that each bedroom had a bathroom with it. Made getting ready to go out for the evening much quicker !

Extremely filthy.
The place itself was gross. They did not clean at all. We spent the first day cleaning everything. We had babies and toddlers crawling on the floor. After the first hr all feet were black and the poor babies knees hands and tops of feet were black. We found underwear and food wrappers under beds. One bed didn’t have a fitted sheet. Towel rack was broken one fridge shelf was broken. All bathrooms had black mold. The master bedroom air vent had black mold dripping down. The location was great and the view was great. Those don’t out do the amount of filth we had to clean though.

Almost perfect
Great location in N. Myrtle Beach. First floor was wonderful for my husband who prefers not to ride elevators. The full kitchen was great and fully stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans we needed to make family meals. Washer and dryer was essential for our large family. The biggest issue for us was the pullout sofa that was advertised in the description. We planned on using this for our oldest son but this quickly changed after we pulled it out. The plastic was still on the mattress along with some dried dark sticky substance inside the corners and in various spots inside the plastic on the mattress. Immediately we knew that our son would not be able to sleep there so we had to purchase an air mattress. (I took photos but I am unable to submit those with the review). I would highly suggest for the owners to replace this mattress all together. I would definitely stay here again if they made that change. Thanks. NC Mom

It was a wonderful weekend for Mother’s Day!
The condo was as pictured. The floors need a real mopping and baseboards were dusty. Everything was else was great! A keurig would be a great idea for the kitchen. All the bathrooms were a plus. The Ashworth was very well kept and a warm friendly neighborhood with shops!

Nice getaway location
Enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the lazy river. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful view, but being on the first floor, we felt like we were on top of the people at the pool. In walking distance to a great restaurant - Bouys on the Boulevard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ashworth is a great property and convenient to walkable dining and shopping. Definitely needs some feedback to the cleaning service who cleans the unit but overall it is a nice property and I would recommend it.

Awesome location, the property itself was very maintained but.....condo was dusty, floors turned feet black, looked like someone spilt red drink cleaned up floor but did not clean up front bottom of couch. Certain Security guard would harass family about arm bands and others he did not.

Great location for a memorable vacation
We had a really great time at this property. The pool was a bit small, but you can't beat the access to the beach - we weren't there for the pool, let's be honest. And there's nothing like being on the first floor - no long elevator rides is always a plus! One thing that would be nice is a Roku or Firestick device on the bedroom TVs. I know they had DVD players, but we didn't even turn them on to see if they were Blue-ray and had the popular apps or not. We also spent so little time in our rooms that it didn't matter. All in all, it was a great property - we'd definitely stay there again and/or recommend it to our friends. PS We may have left a cracker under one of the beds. We sincerely hope it didn't cause any problems. ;)

The condo is a perfect location- walking distance to Main Street for shops, live music, bars and restaurants. Security at pool, beach, and parking garage kept it feeling safe! Plenty of kitchenware items. Balcony had higher railing than other units, I’m assuming because it’s a first floor condo right over the pool. So I wish patio furniture was more comfortable and higher (other condos in first floor had bar height chairs and tables to view to ocean with no obstruction from railings. But that didn’t make it break the vacation so no problem. A friendly suggestion- most other condos we rent leave some sort of cleaning supplies there to help guest keep condo clean through week ( a bottle of winded would have been great for glass dining table , etc). Overall, great condo location and bedding selection.

Smelly
The property was as described but upon our arrival it smelled overwhelmingly like smoke/weed. There were also crumbs all over the floor in one bedroom with a cracker underneath the bed. We called the emergency line for after hours and they offered other units but not at the same location and we’re either not on the beach or only 2 bedroom. Someone came out that night and sprayed something that somewhat masked the smell and the next day someone from maintenance came and did some kind of treatment we had to be out of the room for and it worked. Otherwise nice layout and location but disappointed by the lack of cleanliness
