3 BR, 3. 5 BA. Pink Beach House on upea, ranta-alueella sijaitseva Cayman Islandin koti, joka istuu omalla yksityisellä, riutta suojatulla, valkoisella hiekkarannalla lähellä arvostettua Rum Pointia. The Pink Beach House on täysin yksityinen ja rauhallinen pakopaikka, josta on upeat näkymät kuohuviinille Karibialle ja lähellä olevaan riuttaan. Nauti tästä upeasta kiinteistöstä, joka on ammattimaisesti maisemoitu runsaalla kukkalla Bougainvillealla, Agoutilla, Oleanderilla, monilla palmuilla ja upea ruoho nurmikolla. Siemaile trooppista cocktailia istuessasi suurella aurinkoterassilla, kun aurinko laskee loistavaan tähtiseen iltaan. Laske tähtiä, katsele kaunista auringonnousua tai kävele pitkällä kävelyllä rauhallisen, lämpimän ja kutsuvan Karibianmeren vieressä. Nauti suuresta, piparkakkujen leikatusta etukuisdasta sateisena iltapäivänä, kun luet kirjaa tai siemaillen cocktailia.

Great Beachfront!
Very accommodating for 3 couples. Clean. Enjoyed the pool and especially the front porch when the North wind was strong. We also enjoyed the watered lawn and vegetation. Also used the kayaks. We like to be close to Rum Point and Starfish Point.

Fabulous respite
This was our first time staying in the Cayman Islands. We were so lucky to have found the Pink Beach House. This vacation was our friends 60th birthday getaway and it was amazing. The house has all you need to stay put and play, if that’s what you’re looking for. Or you can easily venture out and take in the fun things on the island. Highly recommend!!!!!

A lovely home for our family of six
This was a very comfortable size home for four adults and two children (10 and 6) We were happy with all the supplied towels, many pantry items and coffee available in the kitchen (I wish I had looked more carefully before we went to the store!) and especially all of the well organized and good quality snorkel and beach gear in the garage. We would have loved it had the wind cooperated for us to use the kayak that was also at the ready in the back yard. The home was spotless and ready upon check-in and the reservation manager for this home is quickly responsive and helpful as needed.

Beautiful property!
We had a wonderful stay! We stayed during Hurricane Rafael so Lance came and closed the hurricane shutters and cut up a coconut for us and cleaned up the beach after the storm. The property really had everything we needed. The ocean in front of the Pink House had a lot of sea grass so several days we made the 45 minute drive to the public beach by the Westin.

Beautiful, well stocked house!
Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. Karen was wonderful and very quick to respond.

Awesome all around
We had a blast at this house. The house was very clean, A/C was cold, and the kitchen had most everything you could need. The pool was great as well. We did a lot of snorkeling with the equipment that comes with the house. The kayaks were great as well but be mindful one of them has a leak somewhere and takes on water slowly over time. There is a drain plug at the front so it wasn’t a big deal. Karen the property manager was great and provided a lot of helpful suggestions. The grocery store down the street had most everything we needed but would still recommend visiting one of the larger grocery stores around Georgetown before driving up to the North side.

Great Vacation!
We had an incredible week! House, pool, beach and ocean are exactly as pictured - beautiful. The house is well supplied with everything we needed: snorkeling gear, pool floats, beach towels, plenty of dinnerware and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the non-touristy Northside area and it was easy to explore the whole island from there. The surf is natural with short seagrass with bare sand areas interspersed. We took the kayaks out to the reef area for snorkeling and were amazed with all the wildlife there. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We’ve been to Cayman several times. We love the peace and quiet of the North side. House was spotless and well equipped. Love having a pool. Few things could use some updating but over all a great stay!

Wonderful trip!!!!!
This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary with our family!! The home has everything you need from multiple sets of snorkeling gear, water shoes, washers/dryers, to a fully stocked kitchen and more!! We enjoyed the beach with the provided beach chairs and kayaks. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Karen(the host) was very responsive to our questions and gave us great recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. We had a minor issue while we were there but Karen and Lands took care of it immediately. We loved our vacation at the Pink Beach house. Would definitely recommend staying here again!!!

Terrific for our family!
The Pink Beach House was a lovely home for us during our 8-day stay in Rum Point. It is cute, spacious, so comfortably furnished and well-laid out for privacy and for those big, peaceful views of the colorful Caribbean. The pool and deck are wonderful. The beach was especially great for my two 2-year old grandson with its clear, shallow pools defined by sea grass and sometimes coral underneath. Karen is absolutely one of the best hosts I've ever had anywhere. She was immediately responsive to all our needs and questions before we travelled and to taking care of a couple of minor things we noted on arrival. We got to Grand Cayman after a big storm surge that flooded other parts of the island. This is nature (and some of what we humans are doing to it). As has been noted in other reviews, seaweed etc. might wash up. Of course, no one is in charge of nature. But Karen did an amazing job of making sure any impacts on us were minimal to none. I highly recommend the Pink Beach House and would not hesitate to stay there again (or forever). It truly felt like home away from home, and like there was a friend who had our backs in a place we'd never been before.

Beautiful Island View
There were 6 adult friends staying & we were very happy with 3 king beds with baths and ocean views. The rental was very clean inside and out. The outside of the house, deck and patio furniture was being power washed as we checked out. We enjoyed the solitude and beautiful ocean view especially. There is quite a lot of seaweed in front but we walked the beach and enjoyed the pool. The house is a short drive to Rum Point for excellent beach bar & restaurant. Its hectic to drive on the left side of the road so we avoided Georgetown and the numerous roundabouts. Grand Caymen is expensive to visit due to US exchange rate, but the island is very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed many lovely dinners all with ocean views on the Northside and Eastside. Lovely vacation home!!

Loved everything about this property. It was clean, the pool was amazing, the location was good. Nice quiet area. The only negative that we had was all of the sea grass at the beach area. It made it almost impossible to enjoy the beach. We could not take advantage of the snorkeling or kayaking.

Chilling in Cay Man.
Situated on the quiet North Side, this is a beautifully maintained and characterful property by the Caribbean Sea. Perfect for my family of 6 and our grown adult children. We spent hours chilling by and on the big and deep pool. Everything you could wish for was present, from floats to snorkel gear to beach equipment. Property is close to Rum Point and Starfish Point. We used Ocean Frontiers to visit the Stingrays at dawn, well ahead of the cruise mobs, leaving from nearby Kaibo Yacht Club. A drive around the east side took us to an all you can eat Sunday brunch (so topping up my 2 boys for at least the rest of the day) and on to a couple of cool blow holes. At the end of our stay we ventured to George Town and the gorgeous 7 Mile Beach, where we rented a jetski for 3 hours (Cayman Jestskis - they delivered straight to us at Governors Beach) and picked up souvenirs and Cuban cigars. Duck inside on still sunsets to dodge the mozzies, but otherwise very little intrusive insect life for such a tropical climate. The scrounging miner bird we need Herbert. My family loved this place. A great place for a big family to get away from it all. Weather in early August was hot and mainly sunny - with occasionally cloud cover and refreshing storm, but not as much as we expected for this time of year. Go for it.

Birthday and Graduation Celebration
We wanted a place to celebrate our twin granddaughters graduating high school and their 18th birthdays and this house was almost perfect! The location was great but the house is showing some wear. The outdoor furniture really was not safe or comfortable but the view was beautiful!! Despite the times of seaweed the snorkeling and kayaking were great and the girls loved it! The requested Air Conditioner setting was not cool enough for us and at the weekly rate we paid did not seem right to limit our comfort. One last thing, the downstairs master bath only had 2 wash clothes!! All in all the location was great but the house needs alittle TLC making it just a little overpriced for the quality.
