Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the beautiful woods of North Versailles, Pennsylvania! This cozy cottage offers a unique and comfortable experience, reminiscent of a hotel suite, but with the added charm and tranquility of a woodsy setting.

Upon entering the cottage, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, which create a spacious and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxing and making cherished memories with your loved ones.

The cottage features a well-appointed bathroom complete with a shower, providing a refreshing space to wash up after a day of exploring the great outdoors. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, allowing you to travel light and keep your belongings clean throughout your stay.

The fully-equipped kitchen area includes an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, ensuring that you have everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Once you've satisfied your hunger, head out to the front deck or gather around the fire pit in the back yard for an evening of relaxation and laughter.

Not as advertised
The home was exactly as I was expecting.. it’s an older home with older home issues. The bathroom floor was uneven in paces. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequate. There was a smoke detector that was NOT installed, it was lying in a drawer. My BIGGEST complaint was the fact that the dryer was broken. In correspondence with Chris he stated that he had told me that it would not be fixed until after our stay and when I corrected him that he did not tell me that his message became a bit condensing towards me. I did not appreciate that at all. Also, if you look back at a review from the previous month you’ll notice they had the same issue with the dryer. He did tell me the week before we were scheduled to arrive that the dryer was broken and would not be fixed BEFORE we arrived, leading me to believe it would be fixed soon. He also offered to reimburse for laundry fees that I never received. Renting a house they advertised a washer and dryer was the main reason we chose a house. Instead, we spent valuable time lugging laundry out and back into the house. I would not recommend this house due to the poor management by Chris.

Good location for our tournament
It was fine for what it was. On the cheaper side and we were there for a sports tournament so did not need anything fancy. Would have preferred it to be a little cleaner. Washer worked, dryer did not. Had a hard time getting in because box was stuck. It worked for what we needed it for.
