Потрясающий отель. Великолепные просторные номера. Полностью оборудованная кухня, включая стиральную машину. Расположение отеля очень хорошее: до центра буквально 10 минут, до вокзала или одна остановка на метро,которое рядом или пешком минут 10. Завтраки- замечательные. Для удобства гостей СПА ( бассейн и сауна) работают до 23.00.И это замечательно. После прогулок по городу и окрестным городам было здорово расслабиться в сауне и бассейне. Рекомендую этот отель всем.

It’s basically a Hilton garden inn but for the price I would expect better and cleaner accommodations. There was trash in by the elevators on my floor for hours on the day of my arrival, it was gone the next morning.

Comfortable Stay
Comfortable hotel with good proximity to the old town and Christmas market. The deluxe studio was spacious and it’s nice to have a small kitchen and laundry. Staff was always pleasant. Room was overheated so we left the window open at night. Quite noisy but fortunately ear plugs did the trick.

We really appreciated all the help regarding what to see, where certain stores were, good restaurants, and what train to take when leaving. And it was awesome that they loaned us 2 umbrellas for our 3 day stay!

A good apartment hotel in convenient location for the old town and public transport. Had a room at the front of the building on the first floor which was a little noisy due to customers chatting in smoking area below the room. Room cleaning every three days isn't ideal and isn't advertised well enough, although the receptionist did move it forward one day for us as we were only staying four nights, I would stay again.

Don't Bother Using the Washer/Dryer
My three friends and I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It looked fine, not quite as nice as the pictures made it seem. It seemed more dark and depressing than the pictures for some reason. My biggest issue was the washer/dryer in the room. I've used European washers and dryers before and I know they're just about the least efficient/useful machines on the planet, but my friends and I needed to wash a few small items like t-shirts, underwear, and socks, and we only had one night to do it. The wash cycle was fine, but then we couldn't get the dryer to work in anything more than 13-minute increments. When we called the front desk to ask if someone could help us, they said there were instructions on the TV or that we could come to the front desk to get some written instructions, but they couldn't send anyone up. We didn't find any instructions for the washer/dryer on the TV, got the written instructions, and they were no help. We ran the dryer for about an hour, just by restarting it every 13 mins when it would stop. We finally figured out how to get it to run longer, set it for 90 mins, and went to bed. I got up to check it in the middle of the night and it was locked and wouldn't open despite it being hours since it had stopped running. Maintenance wasn't able to come to the room until 8:30 AM to look at it and get the door open. Even after 2.5 hours of drying, our stuff was still wet and we had to use hairdryers to dry them as much as possible before we checked out.

One of the BEST
One of the BEST hotel rooms we have stayed at in 8 months of traveling. Large, very comfortable and modern. The washer dryer was a big plus! Great facilities and very quiet. Loads of great restaurants close by and very close to the city centre. Special thanks to the lovely Italian lady (Daniella?) who checked us in and looked after us so well during our stay.
