Bed extremely uncomfortable, pillows and duvets flat. Standard rooms are smelly and dark, very dingy. Upgraded (so we thought) after seeing first room to the loft room. Room renovated, but not the bathroom nor the beds/ bedding. False advertising. Drain in shower didn’t drain and shower small. Rooms are hot and noisy outside so having window open isn’t great at night. Way overpriced and overall very dissatisfied with my stay. Would prefer a discount for my stay or at least to receive a free upgrade.

I checked in after 10 PM and had to call the emergency number as I did not receive after hours check-in instructions as was promised; they arrived at 2:38 AM at night. It was a hassle to check in. The room was great but the bathroom was disappointing: water running from the shower house and a continuous noise from the drainage system.

It started by arriving and no one spoke English. Then our room, dark and dirty! They advertised stating no ac. Well, thats so true! The rooms were 98 degrees!!! We asked for a fan. The answer was no!! 10 minutes after checking in we were checking out!!! Did they offer a refund? Absolutely not, they did not even say sorry! I seriously would not put my dog there overnight. It deserves more than what they offer!! Stay away. Far away. Run!!!!!!

Bad Operation

I never was able to stay at this hotel. We booked at 11pm and arrived a few minutes earlier. Their front desk leaves at 1030pm and they had a sign that said if you arrive after 11, the team will have left a key in a lockbox with a code that they would email you. And I did not have one since I booked after they already left. We called the number and the recording said that if we arrived after they left for the night then we will have to come back the next day. Now they are nagging me for money! DONT BOOK HERE
