The staff at the breakfast counter Christmas Day morning made us feel like an imposition. Came by our table at least 3 times with a water refill without bothering to bring us water glasses. Had to ask for it. He also got a bit irritated when I said we stayed at the hotel, unsure why.

The only drawback was that the hotel charges $10 for parking and doesn't tell you about it when you're checking in. We didn't know about it until we got our bill at checkout. A little late then to park somewhere else or at least know about it. I thought that was rather nontransparent on their part.

Staff didn’t always replace used glasses. Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I do not like the parking fee when there are always plenty of empty parking, even on a Christmas party night.
