Clean, modern with very attentive staff. But feels a little corporate and cold. Doesn't have the Oaxacan charm that is evident in other hotels in the area. The lobby is open and has some chairs and couches, but not a place you would want to hang out in.

My friend and I had a wonderful 5 days at the Grand Fiesta Americana . We were here for the celebration of Dia Los Muertos . The service was amazing . Having a Starbucks in the hotel was a plus ! Everyone was soo helpful and friendly
