This condo has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and vibrant, beach décor, creating a comfortable setting for you and your family. Enjoy free WiFi, two flatscreen TVs with Blu-ray/DVD/internet access in the living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Take in the bayside vistas from the balcony, enjoy walking the dock around the community, and admire the local scenery and wildlife. You can spend your days swimming in the bayside pool or fishing and crabbing from the pier - the owner has all the necessary equipment!

On the property, there's a kayak rack, bike racks, a boat launch ramp (no trailer parking allowed), and weekly slip rentals on a first-come, first-serve basis. A private, coded gate allows entrance to a marina with boat and jet ski rentals, charter fishing, as well as the popular Fish Tales restaurant with a large children’s playground. In addition to these bayside perks, the beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk with its many attractions are just a few blocks away. A beach cart, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, and children’s sand toys have been provided for you. Spend your days in the sun and return to breathtaking sunsets and dinners at the many fine restaurants nearby.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
