On one side of the condo is an oceanfront balcony facing the beach and the morning sunrise; on the other is a bayside balcony with a view of the sunsets over Assawoman Bay.
The comfortable interior comes furnished for family comfort, with thoughtful features equipped to promote healthy home living. The air-conditioning system is fitted with a purifying filters that remove airborne dust and allergens. The washer features an oxidizer setting which does not require the use of detergent. Plan home-cooked meals with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen and kick back on the plush sofa to stream shows and movies on the living room smart TV.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
