I will start out with the good.
The location is great, and the balcony is huge and right on the beach. It’s an end unit on the top floor so it’s quiet. It’s like having a second room outside on the beach. It’s great.
The bad...
The condo is on the third floor, with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have young kids or someone with limited mobility.
The condo is suuuuper cramped with furniture. I mean crazy cramped, hoarder cramped even. It looks like they hit a swap meet and and put it all in there. We had to move furniture in each room to be able to move around. They could take out 2/3rds of it and it would still be enough.
The condition isn’t great, dog hair was everywhere on the pull out, floor etc. Fire alarm with no battery, door falling off the kitchen sink cabinet (attached with duct tape) and drywall dust still present on the walls and floors in spots.
***** If you rent, make sure you get the trip insurance. We were welcomed home with a $300 claim for a stain on the couch, which very well could have been there before we arrived, and could have easily been cleaned. Glad we had the coverage. Seemed like a cash grab for a couch that could not have been worth more than $100. Odd way to do business****
All in all, if you’re looking for a place on the ocean and can deal with the 3 flights of stairs and the questionable condition. The view and balcony made up for a bunch of it.
