Winter Stay
I went with my adult children for a pre-Christmas visit to Ocean City. My room appeared to be a remodeled Atrium room and my kids room appeared to be an older-style partial ocean view room. Both rooms were clean and everything worked well. The temperature went down into the 20's at night, and both rooms were heated well. The showers worked properly with plenty of hot water. We went down into the Atrium. The ice skating rink and the gift shop was very nice. However, there appeared to be a staffing shortage because you could not get any hot food at the snack bar. What food you could get had to be paid for with cash only. We also checked out the game rooms. Both game rooms were open but I was unable to buy any cards in either of the machines. Not sure what was happening there. We did not go into the pool, but it looked really nice. The Spa was not open at any time while we were in town. We did not go into the fitness center, but it was open during our stay. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with lots of amenities.

We stayed for vacation to see winter fest of lights. Overall hotel is good but the room we were given was first floor atrium. Kids running around right outside door and adults walking around all night. Just overall very noisy spot for a room

We stayed here for thanksgiving as we have been going here for 7 years. The ocean view was beautiful. The room was very clean. We had a great time with my kids and grand babies. The only complaint is the thanksgiving buffet was not as good as the last few years. We didn’t like being in the banquet room and when I went to get food the trays were empty and it took about 10 minutes to get more food and when I would go back to see if they filled the trays up it would be empty again and we would have to wait again. I remember last year they were on it. As soon as a tray was empty they were filling it. Last year there were so many desserts to choose from but not too many this year. I hope next year they go back to the restaurant for the buffet.

Lovely place with so many amenities indoor pool, ice skating rink, gift shop ,restaurants, bars and so much more ! HOWEVER, the hotel could use an update but can also give you a nostalgic feeling very big and Is in the center of everything, and is right on the beach. Customer service is alright would stay here again

The drawers in the room were falling apart. We had a cockroach in our room when we got there. The bathroom sink was falling apart. Hallway ceiling tiles were popped out.

This property has been destroyed by spring breakers. The staff are extremely rude and speak to you like you are a bother. It smells like 1986. If you there....good luck...you will remember what I said.
