Ocean Beach D-2 on kodikas rantahotelli. Tässä yhden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneistossa on kalustettu parveke näköalalla henkeäsalpaavaan Atlantin valtamerelle ja kuuluisalle Ocean City Boardwalkille. Tämä laite on täydellinen paikka sinulle ja perheellesi soittaa kotiin viikon ajan! Ocean Beach D-2 on yksi Ocean Cityn hienoimmista loma-asunnoista.

Läheisen olohuoneen sisustuksessa on mukava sohva, söpö tuoli ja televisio. Sohva kaksinkertaistuu kahden hengen vuodesohvalla. Ikkunoiden ylijäämä mahdollistaa runsaasti luonnonvaloa tilan kirkastamiseksi. Oikealla olohuoneessa on pieni ruokailutila, joka sopii erinomaisesti kodikkaisiin aterioihin perheen kanssa. Ruokailutilan vieressä on täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa on leveä työtaso. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kylpyhuone sijaitsee käytävällä. Ocean City Getaway
My life partner passed away in late February., I’ve been having a difficult time . So I decided to take a short trip to Ocean City, Md. He and I spent a lot of our time there. The condo I found was perfect! Not fancy nor decorated over done. I had a very nice relaxing time, and it helped heal me tremendously! My son came for a couple nights so it was also nice to spend some ono on one time with him. I plan on going back to the same condo in the near future

An Older but Great Little Place for Two Low Maintenance People
The Positives: This property had great updates in the kitchen and bathroom. It has two twin beds. We didn't try to pull out the couch, but it'd be a stretch to say the place sleeps more than 2. It's comfy for a couch for sitting though. The property was very clean when we arrived. Great parking situation out back and your front door can't be any closer to the beach! TV worked fine for us but we just watched a few basic cable channels. Wifi was great. The two AC units do a fantastic job at keeping the place as chill as you could ever want. The front porch area is quite spacious for such a small apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and anything you might need like foil, pans, etc. We didn't use their linens we brought our own, but the provided comforter was fine and the mattress was comfortable enough, with a nice mattress protector on top. It is located close to beach shops and restaurants, but is in a quieter section of the boardwalk. There was a rinsing shower at the back of the building that we found sufficient. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Negatives: It's old. If you're picky about that kind of thing, you won't like it (I didn't care it was a really great value and location). The property is supposed to be absolutely non smoking, but that's a joke and isn't enforced at all. Our neighbors on all sides were smoking outside and there were a few tense moments when they made us feel bad for asking them to stop smoking (my mom has COPD and can't be around smoke, and we rented here specifically because of the non-smoking rule). There are 2 and 3 short steps from the parking area up to the property's surrounding deck/boardwalk. There are no ramps if you have a wheelchair. The bathtub was broken in that the tub drain couldn't be pulled up. We had to just use a fork to wedge it back up to drain after a bath. There was a corner rip in the screen of the front door when we arrived, and by the second day the entire screen panel fell out. There are a few hazardous loose old floor boards on the property's deck area that need to be fixed.

Convenience PLUS!!
Open the front door and you’re on the Boardwalk!! So close to morning coffee, a morning run and an evening walk. Was unnecessarily concerned Boardwalk noise might be a problem. It wasn’t - at all!! Felt quite safe 👍🏽

Would not recommend
There were a very few pros but mostly cons: Pros: On the boardwalk. Location. Nice porch. One space for parking. Provided you with trash bags, toilet paper. Cons: Place REEKS of cigarette smoke. Everything was so dirty- looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Sofa bed unusable. TV was so small you could barely see it from the sofa. Bedroom was so small you could barely walk between the beds. No place to put luggage. All in all- the location was great but it’s such a dirty/ grimy place. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it.

Nice porch and location
We loved our week here. The first floor was great for my 72-yr-old mom and the porch felt like we were on the beach (although the view would have been better upstairs). The unit was clean enough and big enough for the four of us. Twin beds were very comfortable. Beware late night TV watchers—it’s near the ceiling and if you turn it up loud enough to hear over a/c, it disturbs the neighbors.

There was 3 of us that stayed here for 3 nights. Loved being ocean front and on the boardwalk. The place was clean and it was quiet at night. The only thing we would suggest - spray raid barrier in and around this apartment because we had a lot of little ants inside the place. Other than that it was a nice stay.

So close to everything.
This property was the perfect location. A little small but we worked it out. The deck was the best. Sat out there most of the time with constant shade. Had a new air conditioner replaced within hours from Shoreline Property.

Great location needs few updates.
Great location. Needs one more chair, needs a new sofa bed and new screen door. Kitchen is good and the bedroom is good. Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights and we had a great time. I bought a inflatable mat and that helped a lot because the sofa bed is unusable. Little tight but the location is best near everything and just ten steps from the ocean.

Great place right on the ocean!
Our 3 day stay right on the boardwalk was wonderful! The place is a little small with only two twin beds and a pull out couch, but our family made it work for a few days. The kitchen are was great and parking is also very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

The location was great, the condo was fairly clean but way too small for our family of 4.
Very nice kitchen, lots of storage for food, etc. Only 3 stools at the island, family of 4 could not eat there and the place isn't large enough for a table. Twin beds were decent but sofa bed...not so great. Not enough space to unpack clothes and not enough space to have suitcases anywhere but on the floor so an already small space becomes more cramped. Plenty of room for a couple but just not ideal for a family of 4.
