The property is in a great location, close to both the boardwalk and the Jolly Roger park. Staff super friendly, they even helped us with a jump start for our car. Special thanks to our made Luz Elena for keeping the room very clean. The ocean view was great.

Great place right where the boardwalk starts and trolley the Dune Suites has balcony overlooking ocean perfect stay, bed was comfortable and room had small kitchen with cooktop and dog friendly will definitely be back

A long story short…I registered for 4 nights from 8/17 - 8/21 at Dunes BUT I checked out 8/19 around 9pm after staying 2 nights. The king size bed is too old, uncomfortable and smaller, bed sheets are damp, bath is too tiny, hallway-stairs-elevator are dirty. Not only TV screen is too small that is almost same as a picture frame next to the tv. But also TV hasn’t worked all day long on 8/19: I was told someone have been working on it. I couldn’t be able to sleep for 2 nights: I decided to check out . Can you give me money back for the other 2 nights?

Location was perfect to get anywhere, service staff were outstanding, quick and pleasant. Front desk staff were hot and cold but that’s not a big deal to me. Suites were large, bathroom tiny, which would be ok but the sink was inaccessible with the door open, just a bad design. Large family vacation including grandparents, young adults in 20’s, and kids under 10 years old, was good for all. Would return.

We got an oceanfront room so our kids could be right at the beach. Everything worked out great for that. The pool felt like it was in the middle of a parking lot, so we didn’t even end up going over, but proximity to the beach and being the boardwalks last stop was pretty amazing overall, so we had a great time. Shops and food are in walking distance, and the Jolly Roger is nearby. We took almost no time getting from here to the pier at the beginning of the boardwalk via car.

The property was very clean. The staff were all super friendly and kept our room super clean the entire week. The location is right at the beach and the boardwalk. You can easily access transportation if needed and we found parking right away. They even were able to check us in early. We will be back!

Jaquire was fire!! She was extremely helpful and kind. This year, parking was tough. The location is on point the room itself was pretty clean although that carpet in the room makes your feet black instantly (wear socks or sandals). You're at the north end of the boardwalk in between 27th and 28th St. Everything you need is in walking distance. Kid and animal friendly. Transportation is available via bus or tram.

What I liked most was it was right in front of the beach and also where the boardwalk started. It was also the beginning of where I would buy tickets to catch a ride along the boardwalk & on the way back it left me right at my hotel. Can’t beat that!

Dunes Suites sits just steps away from the end of the boardwalk. Convienent location to hop on the tram and cruise down the boardwalk. Dunes also provides easy access to the beach.
