Nauti mukavasta ja mukavasta lomasta 2 makuuhuoneen huoneistoissamme, joka sijaitsee kuuluisalla Club Ocean Villa II -kerralla.

Condo on 1. makuuhuoneen queen-vuode, oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 täyttä sänkyä, ja siellä on toinen eteinen tapa kylpyhuone. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio (varustettu netflixillä, amazon-videolla ja monilla sovelluksilla)

Päähuoneessa on upea poikkipinta-vuodesohva, jossa on taitettava sänky lisävieraille. Parantaa 65 tuuman älykästä televisiota, joka on ladattu sovelluksilla nautintoa varten!

Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja, kahvinkeitin.

Mukavuuksiin kuuluu lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, ulkouima-allas, 2 tenniskenttää, mailapallokentät sisätiloissa, venevenelaituri.

Nauti yhteisön laiturista kalastustarpeitasi varten tai suunna rantaan kelataksesi suolaisen veden kaloja.

Helpon kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, Baystä, Food Lionista, CVS: stä, WaWasta, kuuluisasta Rapukakkutehtaasta, MacDonald'sista ja monista muista!

Couples Trip
We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our quick beach weekend. The location was perfect. We love the Crabcake Factory and it is an easy walk there and to the beach. It was convenient to the grocery store. The hosts made the whole booking process easy and seamless. Quick to respond and helpful. The condo is beautiful, clean, and has anything you could need. The finishes are quality and beautiful (nice appliances and quartz countertops). There were even extras like bathroom goodies including back up toothbrushes and toiletries. We will definitely be back and highly recommend

Beautiful place with helpful hosts!
This place was perfect - everything was new and well cared for. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making sure their place has everything a family might need for a beach stay. The hosts were always available with quick responses to any questions. The community was wonderful with friendly neighbors. Close to groceries, other shopping/food, and of course the beach.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s on 120th St so up away from the nonsense near the boardwalk. There are a lot of restaurants and plenty to do nearby. The beach is just a couple of blocks away too. The little courtyard out front was awesome. The condo itself is updated and clean and the property manager was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
We recently stayed in this first floor condo and had a great time. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have two separate bathrooms and showers. . My daughter loved the tennis courts. It was walkable to the beach, grocery store, Crab Cake Factory, and the Fractured Prune donut shop. If I brought the double stroller we could have walked to North Side Park. We loved the park and playground. My only “complaint” is we could not use just the lamps without the overhead lights also being on in the evenings. I also recommend bringing a couple throw blankets for chilly evenings.

Perfect place to stay for small family get away!
We loved staying at this condo. It has everything we needed for our 3 kids ( ages 8,8, and 11). The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool, and all of the amenities. My husband and I really appreciated the beach items supplied at the house as well as the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to messages and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Ocean City Rental!
Highly recommend this property when you are staying in Ocean City. The condo was extremely clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Loved the comfortable private outdoor seating area. Could not beat the convenience of being within walking distance to all varieties of stores, restaurants, the bay and the beach! The condo amenities were very nice too, it was great to be across the way from the pool and tennis courts. Gabe & Carolina were amazing hosts who were very responsive and accommodating! And the welcome gift bag was such a fun surprise! My kids cannot wait to come back, and I know exactly where we will be staying.

Amazing Stay!
The property was beautiful and very well taken care of. Loved that they provided chairs, umbrella, cart etc for the beach. The short walk to the beach was easy, we walked everyday, and having access to the pools and courts made it even better when we needed a break. Would definitely book this location again.

Amazing!
This place was great! We had 3 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room. It is within walking distance of just about anything you need and the beach was just a short walk across the street. The hosts were very friendly and informative which was great because this was my first time using VRBO. I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

We were able to book this property very last minute and count be happier with our choice. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and canal. We went fishing and crabbing off the docks. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs, sand toys, pickle ball paddles and balls!! Our kids enjoyed the pickle ball courts. Nice and clean. Wish the weather could have been nicer. But it was better than being in upstate New York. Would recommend exploring away from the city center if you want to find better quality food. Bayside skillet had the breakfast. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful weekend stay!
This home was a wonderful place to stay for our short spring break weekend. The home is cozy, clean and well stocked. The two full bathrooms were helpful for when the family needed showers after returning from the indoor pool. My 2 kids enjoyed the variety of TV channels available and that they had their own full size beds to themselves. The location is conveniently located to the main road with tons of shops, restaurants and amusements. I would definitely return to this location again!

Always a pleasure
My mom and I take impromptu getaways for rest and relaxation. We have now stayed at this property 2 times and we are never disappointed. The hosts go above and beyond to communicate and make us feel welcomed. The rental is clean and well kept. The welcome bag is the cherry on top and a great touch. This will always be our first choice.

Best Place in OCMD
We are repeat customers and this was our 4th (maybe 5th?!) time staying at Gabe and Carolina’s place. The place is unmatched in location, amenities, and cleanliness. We have been here for all-adult trips, girl trips, and we also bring the kids for summer beach trips as well. This is actually the place my kids request to come to the most (even over all inclusive beach hotels in Mexico and Pinta Cana!) It suits everyone’s needs. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Close to everything you could possibly want to eat—and the grocery store is right around the block if you prefer to cook in. We’ve done both with ease. See my other reviews for specifics, if you’d like, but you shouldn’t hesitate to rent this place out at all!
