The unit was larger than I expected, which was a plus. It was also very conveniently located near a bus stop and also the garden hose used for rinsing off sand. The carpets were plushy and comfortable, and the unit was very well furnished. There was a lot of closet space. There were some sand toys that had been left behind, which we all used. We also had been told there was no Wifi in the unit, but we were able to use the Public Xfinity Wifi coming from the cable box with our Xfinity account. The A/C worked very well, and so did the appliances.
Reasons for a 4 star and not a 5:
The showers had pretty low pressure, and it was difficult to get a consistent temperature with them.
There was a slight issue with bugs in the unit. There were some ants, spiders, and at one point I killed what looked like a roach.
Some of the electronic equipment did not work. The Xfinity remote for the living room didn't work, and there was no power cord for the DVD player in that same room.
I was under the impression that the area in front of the unit but behind the dunes was accessible and could be used for Spikeball or just playing around in, but the area is actually fenced off.
