Ocean City Boardwalk condos don't get any better than this. Miramar Condominiums are the premier luxury condos on the boardwalk in Ocean City. My unit (#503) sits on the top floor of the Marriott Courtyard Oceanfront Hotel. This 2 BR / 2 BA 1400 square foot condo has everything you could want in an Ocean City Condo. The condo is located at the boardwalk and 15th street and has a partial ocean/beach/boardwalk view from the balcony. Condo guests have access to the hotel's indoor pool, gym, sun deck with loungers/umbrellas, and all other hotel facilities.

Check in and checkout are a breeze right in the lobby of the hotel. You'll have access to the 24 X 7 onsite staff if any problems arise during your stay.

This large, 1400 square foot condo with beautiful open floor plan offers the best of both worlds in an Ocean City vacation. The first 4 floors of the building are the Marriott Courtyard hotel and the privately owned condos sit on the top (5th) floor of the building. No other condos in Ocean City offer this combination of luxury, location, amenities, and service.

This condo can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a new King bed in the Master Bedroom with huge en-suite luxury master bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has a Double-sized Bunk bed which can sleep 4 children or 2-3 adults comfortably. It has an adjoining bathroom, which also connects to the living room. The the living room offers a pull out queen sofa bed with new memory foam mattress for added comfort. The kitchen has modern appliances and granite counters. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Xfinity Cable with a TV in each room, and secure/private high-speed wifi are provided.

The condo rental includes linens, towels, toiletries, and the kitchen and laundry essentials you need for an enjoyable, stress-free stay.

Guests have access to all Marriott Courtyard amenities, including the year round heated indoor pool, private sundeck, on site gym, and on site highly rated restaurant (The Captains Table).

The condos are managed by the same onsite staff that manages the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. They are there 24 hours a day and can assist you with urgent issues or questions during your stay.

Check-in and Check-out is as simple as can be - just like a hotel. The 15th St and Boardwalk location is ideal. Right on the beach and Boardwalk, yet still a bit removed from the most crowded areas of Ocean City, this location offers the best of both worlds.

1 parking pass, for parking under the hotel, is included. Additional paid parking is within one block of the building. Free street parking can usually be found within 2 or 3 blocks.

Great condo in OC
We stayed here over Thanksgiving break. The 2 bed 2 bath condo was very spacious. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils, huge master bath was updated and spacious. Sofa bed was not comfy (most aren’t), but plenty of room to bring air mattresses for extra beds. Highly recommend. Condo was in a great location in regards to the beach and boardwalk.

We loved the place. Spacious, great kitchen, great view, loved the balcony, awesome living room and Wi-Fi, plenty of room for computers to work at. Used the laundry too. Great tubs and swimming pool. Great location on the boardwalk and close to the beach and restaurants and CVS. Look forward for the next trip there.

The condo was lovely, we had a great time. We usually stay closer to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk around 1st street, this condo was still close to restaurants and things to do, you just have to walk a few blocks. The door to the condo is EXTREMELY heavy and slams hard, use caution. I shut my fingers in it and my daughter cut her foot. The shower could use a recaulking. There was one side that was all moldy and pink. The sheet on the pull out couch was not clean and had a something smeared on it. Also, the listing says you’re allowed to use the front desk for questions/problems but the paper they give you when you check in says the front desk is not authorized to do so. We didn’t have any issues to report so that didn’t matter to us. Kids loved the pool. Overall had a great stay. Thank you.

Everything about our stay was great! Location was perfect and the unit was very clean and spacious. We only had one issue with the circuit breaker box tripping the water heater. As a result, we had one in our party end up with a cold shower. However, I called the property manager and maintenance came right away and fixed the issue! We would definitely stay again!

The is a wonderful condo and it's in a great location for Ocean City. The layout is outstanding. It has a great view from the balcony. There were a few maintenance items that needed repair (hall bathroom door didn't close right, wall rust by tub shower), but overall it was very nice. I would stay her again. Check-in was a breeze!

Easy check-in check-out. Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Condo was spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped; nice refrigerator with plenty of space. 2nd bathroom door near double-bedroom top hinge screw was lose so wouldn’t shut properly but not an issue. Furniture was comfortable. King size bed in master bedroom was comfortable. And the master bathroom shower was great!!! Side view of ocean off patio but still a nice view of boardwalk and ocean. Reasonably priced for family of 4. Really liked the security access to 5th floor.

Very Nice Property
Very nice property and as is described. Would definitely recommend and or stay here again. The only issue we had was the A/C unit was not working properly so it got kinda warm one of the nights and uncomfortable, but we were able to open up the balcony doors as it was a rather cool weekend. There is only one elevator and it’s pretty slow. These are pretty small complaints and just critiques for the owner of an otherwise awesome property.

A condo with all of the amenities of a hotel
We stayed here in December of 2023. One of the best places we have stayed in OC. You check in at the hotel and get to enjoy the hotel amenities but get to stay in a condo. It's a great concept! And it is right on the boardwalk and walkable distances from several restaurants as well. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
