Tilava 2 kerroksen huoneisto, joka sijaitsee osoitteessa 115. St. and Coastal Hwy, tässä 3 makuuhuoneessa, sohvalla ja parvella on runsaasti tilaa jopa 12 hengelle. Suoraan vastapäätä 2/6 hissistä, jotka vispilättävät sinut suoraan rannalle tai ulko- tai ulkouima-altaalle sekä lapsi-uima-altaalle.
Paljon tekemistä lapsille tarkoitetulla lähtökohdalla, etenkin heikossa säässä! Pelihallit, elokuvateatteri, kuntosali, sisäuima-allas, puhumattakaan yksityisestä saunasta ja biljardisalista! Kaikki sinun nauttia ilman lisäkustannuksia! Tarkista vain parkkipaikan turvatoimistosta!
Kävele kansiin upouudella astuvalla sängyllä, joka mahtuu 2, taulutelevisio, älytelevisio, täysikokoisen pesukoneen / kuivausrummun vieressä pesutuvassa. Täysin varusteltu keittiö aamiaisbaarilla ja täysikokoisella ruokasalilla tekevät ateriaajasta erittäin mukavan! Lasten syöttötuoli vauvalle jo siellä. Viereisessä olohuoneessa upouusi sektionaalinen ja vedä queen-size-taulutelevisio / DVD-soitin avautuu kaksinkertainen parveke merinäköalalla ja lahti. Upeat näkymät mistä tahansa nauttia suosikki juoma tai ateria.
Yläkerrassa on makuuhuoneen sviitti / parvi, jossa queen-size-vuode ja puhallettava sänky kaapin sisällä, myös oma kylpyhuone ja parveke. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, TV ja lipasto jaetulla täydellä kylpyammeella käytävällä. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kerrossänky, alaosassa täysikokoinen ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. ja myös toinen parivuode, lipasto ja TV jaetulla täydellä kylpyammeella myös käytävällä. Kaikissa huoneissa on kaapeli-tv. Paljon lattiatilaa kaikkialla, jotta saataisiin lisää puhallettavia sänkyjä.
Monet muut rakennuksen mukavuudet sisältävät kuntosalin, peli- ja biljardisalin, saunan, teatterin, samoin kuin aamukaupan joe-kahvilassa!

I'd actually like to give it four & a half stars if I could. It was kinda weird that the master bed frame was larger than the mattress. The dining chairs and living room sofa were well worn. Something you might not notice as much during the summer months but for winter, we spent more of our time indoors. But overall it was a great stay for our family of 3 generations. Nice walks on the beach. The building has great amenities. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the theater. The 2 story unit had wonderful views of the ocean and N. Ocean City - we could even see the WinterFest lights. Would recommend. Probably spectacular in the warmer months!

Great location and amenities
We were steps from the beach with two pool options. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and stores. We had beach chairs at our disposal. It was a bit of a hassle to bring everything - by the time we packed the trash bags, paper towels, coffee filters, food, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, and sheets, there wasn’t room left in our car! But the layout was great and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

Great Place & Quiet!
The unit itself was very nice, very typical for the building with some updates. The part that really had us floored was that even though the Master Suite was a loft style, all bedrooms were almost soundproof. The owners were very responsive and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing Accommodations
Excellent place to stay with family or a group! Great location, all the amenities, lots of space and beautiful views. Lucio was an exemplary host and easy to communicate with. The apartment offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun long weekend with plenty of room to spread out. I would highly recommend this amazing place.

Beautiful Location in Ocean City!
Walking into the condo we were very impressed with the space and finishes! It is very beautifully decorated. Since I have little ones, I moved many of the items I considered breakable into a storage closet in the hallway for safe-keeping during our stay. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and common living areas, and the bedrooms were spacious as well. My kids loved the bunk beds. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We had a great family vacation and can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful and Functional
This condo is in an incredible location on the top floor with beautiful views. The layout of the kitchen living and dining is very nice - open and spacious. There were plenty of supplies to keep us comfortable and of course the building amenities were fantastic. We played tennis, took the kids to the playground, went to the pool, and kids played at the arcade. There are some minor downsides I only want to share to keep others informed. I would say these should not dissuade you from this property as overall it is a great stay. The listing mentioned balconies for sunset views, which would be for two of the bedrooms on the inside. These doors were closed and had signs stating “do not open.” There was also a folding closet door in the bunk room that would not budge because of some settling. The listing says 4 bedrooms, however that includes a small room on the first floor with a twin day bed/trundle and no closet. I would not call that a bedroom, as it’s more like a bonus room. There are really only two true bedrooms. There is no bath tub. All three baths are full size with showers only. The parking is $50 per car (cash only), the listing states $40. Order residents of the condo during our week set up their beach furniture at 5 AM each morning. The entire row of the beach by the water was “staked” so if you come any later, you have to set up behind them. Although this is not the condo or owners’ issue, it would have been nice to know.

Great views!
This place has lovely views from every room! It was spacious enough for two families to spread out and not feel too crowded. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, etc. Condo building with LOTS of amenities! Easy access to the beach too! The only thing is that the furniture is a bit dated (drawers don't open and close easily). Lucio was an attentive host!

Great property for a family vacation.
Our family had a wonderful vacation. The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was perfect for our entire family of six adults and five children. The entire building is very well maintained. The atrium is beautiful.

Family Memories Made
The unit met our needs so nicely. The kids were happy with their bunk room even sharing it with Grandma. We laughed, had Apple tastings, and enjoyed the amenities of the unit. We left something behind and the support we received to get it back was so fantastic. The kids,all 5 of them, are already asking to go back again. This trip was planned to honor my adult children's grandmother who took them to OC when they were the same age as their kids. This unit was perfect to support our trip. Thank you to the owner.

What amazing view!!! Just a great place. Easy check in. Checked in early. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Big enough for all and just right for family time. We met some people from Seacrest and they were just lovely. The amenities are great. The grandkids were water logged. The beach access. Pool, movie theater, playground , tennis and basketball all available. My sister came for yhe weekend and its all we talk about. Clean and nice. The only downside is we had to leave early because of a family emergency 😪.

Great space and location
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The main space has lots of room and there are 4 true bedrooms. There’s a nicely redone full bathroom on the main level. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The master bedroom decor is very outdated including an 80s black lacquer bed and glitter wall behind it. My friends stayed in that room and their bathroom was not very nice. If you even touched the shower door and pushed it slightly outward when sliding it it would fall off the track. So that was disappointing for them. Also to note the master bedroom is open to the downstairs. There are curtains that provide privacy though. For the price I would’ve expected updated cabinets in the kitchen, but there are updated countertops. The oven is ancient but works and the microwave is possibly one of the smallest freestanding ones I’ve ever used. But the location is great and the amenities of Sea Watch are fantastic. We would definitely consider staying again if the small issues were remedied.

Excellent view…Great amenities
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views were out of this world…panoramic views of ocean and bay. The amenities were enjoyed by all in our group… especially our kids loved the basketball court, playground, movie theatre and pools. The short walk to the beach was especially convenient. There are nearby stores, restaurants, etc. The elevators were located right outside the door. As for check in on Sat. it was a bit busy and difficult locating luggage carts. Communication with the owner was open and responsive. Overall, we had a great week making plenty of memories at this spectacular location.

The location is great but it’s too pricey for what it offers , linen and towels are not included in the price and have to pay $$ to get those and had to complain to VRBO to get those despite offering money. Cleanliness is sub par( spotted two rats) , the air conditioning on upper level is not very effective It is very convenient with easy beach access but would not pay this price just for that

No indoor Pool during the winter.
This property states that there is an indoor pool on property. This was the main draw having 2 kids under 12. I ended up checking out after one night. I expressed to the owner that I would gladly pay for a one night stay our of the three that was booked.

Great stay
First I want to say that I have been staying at Sea Watch for about 6 years. We have stayed on various floors. This was our first time renting for this location with VRBO as opposed to the agencies. Lucio was prompt in responding, and was able to get us in 2 hours early even though it was July 3. This was awesome! The condo being on the 19th floor concerned me only bc I worried about how long the elevators would be. This is the best place to be, especially on moving in and out as you get an empty elevator when it comes. We loved it. The condo was extremely spacious for 8. Lots of sitting room and if course we loved both balconies. The rooms were a surprise. I swear I read in the one room upstairs with bunks it was one bunk with a full on the bottom, twin on top, plus a separate twin. There were actually 2 bunks. One that was just twins, one that was with the full on the bottom. This was fantastic as we had 4 kids sharing. We didn't use the den. I will say that now, rereading the listing, the loft is actually part of the master. That said, the one wall was curtains and not wall. I was really worried about the kids being loud in the morning. We like to sleep till 9. But we have them trained and it was plenty quiet. Plus we loved the private balcony. All in all it was a great stay. I can't think of any real negatives. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and very shocking, the queen was comfortable! Thanks Lucio for the great stay and getting us in early!

With the 6 of us, we had plenty of room. The code box didnt work but the owner was quick to get us keys. Difficult to get a cart on check out but otherwise we couldnt hear anyone in the rooms near us and we had plenty of space even with an activity 14 month old. Great place!!

Great location
This was the first time for us to take a family vacation at the beach. This was a great place to stay. Unit was clean, check in was seamless, parking is good. We had a couple of issues which Lucio took care of right away. It was so nice not to have to drive to the beach, just go out the door! The pool was nice, not everything at Sea Watch was open b/c of Covid, but we didn't miss them. I would stay here again.
