Escape to Sunset Beach 207, a beautiful family-friendly condo located in a bayfront building on 46th Street. Decorated with quality furnishings and bedding, this home has it all. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a long breakfast bar. The high-end amenities include a big TV and a DVD player in the living room, a soaking tub in the main bath, TVs and DVD players in all the bedrooms, a washer/dryer, central AC, and pretty design features, such as tray ceilings and tile flooring. Why not take a relaxing swim in the gorgeous rooftop pool or unwind with a drink on the balcony? Also, you'll be just two blocks from the beach and free WiFi is provided!

You'll be close to the beach, dining, and restaurants. Walk down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, because it's only three blocks away, or explore the wonderful attractions in the area. Many popular restaurants and activities are within walking distance, including 48th St. Watersports and miniature golf. The Roland E. Powell Convention Center is also nearby and is home to hundreds of exciting events throughout the year, such as Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', and OC Bikefest.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The two full-size beds do not fit two people each, the ice/water machine looks unsanitary and corroded (needs to be replaced), cleaning staff needs to give better attention to detail cleaning under furniture, as well as around, tub drain needs attention as it was difficult to operate, and did not hold water until after 30 minutes of struggling with it, Jacuzzi jets in tub are non-operational, and are there for staging, which was a disappointment, and most importantly, that front door lock was an odyssey! Who still does keys today?! We Definitely suggest moving to a keypad for easier accessibility for large families. However, overall we had everything we needed, and the location was great. This place truly was an example of how the little things can really affect a stay. The condo was very big. The furniture was comfortable and it matched the pictures to a T. There was this lingering musty odor that not even the oil diffusers could rectify. We had to buy candles and air out the unit. When units such as these are competing against hotels, I really think that they should try to check all the boxes. Especially considering there’s no staff available to assist the guests, attention to detail regarding odors and cleanliness should always be a main focus. While I am pointing out these fine details, do note that overall, we did have a very lovely time here, and are grateful for what the place was able to offer us during our stay. In conclusion, Would not book this particular unit again. Tyflms

Our condo rental was transferred to "vacasa" which managed it in ocean city,md. We were extremely dissatisfied with their management. No fitted sheet on the king bed. The lock box would not open with the code we were given. Vacasa was supposed to be open til 7pm that evening so we drove back there for help with entering our condo rental. They were gone and locked up by 5:30pm. Had to call vrbo who then notified us of an emergency lock box number. We drove back to condo and luckily it worked. "Vacasa" told us they didn't have phone service so we were stuck with calling vrbo with any issues that came up during the week. The condo changed the code to enter the building during the week so again we were stuck trying to deal with a problem by calling vrbo in another state somewhere. The next thing that happened was the clothes dryer broke in our unit. Was reported but not fixed by the time we checked out 2 days later. The dining table and chairs were very cheap and uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was also dirty and uncomfortable. Not happy with the management or the condo.

Great condo! Cleaning was awful
Very nice condo in a great area but on arrival the condo was filthy ! I received an email offering us $12.80 for the cleaning products we needed to buy! I consider that an insult and I’m sure you would also if you say the pictures that I sent in my email of the condition the condo was in when we arrived! I will be contacting the main office!! We paid over $100 to have the condo cleaned. I imagine the cleaning crew used that money to buy lunch because they obviously did not clean the apartment!!

Beautiful Home!
Our family (6 adults & 1 toddler) spent 3 nights at this beautiful condo! Nicely appointed and very clean. Kitchen was stocked with the dinnerware/cookware/utensils we needed and there was plenty of room throughout for everyone. There is a nice Bay side beach behind the condo with lounge chairs, and it's an easy 10 minute walk (including time waiting at crosswalk!) across the street to the ocean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we had a great time!

Fantastic stay for a weekend in OCMD
Overall this unit had exactly what my party needed; great common area with kitchen including appliances, enough bathrooms and a great location. The unit was clean and very roomy for 8-9 people to stay. Location is prime for the beach and restaurants/bars. The pool on the roof was an added bonus. Only thing that can improve is clarity if unit has linens or not!

AMAZING place to stay!
Sunset Beach Condo completely surpassed my expectations. I stayed here on Labor Day weekend for a bachelorette party and we all loved it here. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough to hang out without feeling on top of each other. The locations was perfect situated right on the bay just 2 blocks away from Secrets. If your looking for proximity for night life this is the place for you! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great weekend in Ocean City Maryland.

Beautiful place, Great for large groups.
The condo was absolutely beatiful and well layed out. The 3 bedrooms were all separated throughout the condo so no one was on top of each other throughout the trip. The master sweet was also stunning with the large setup and bathroom suite. Only suggestions I would make that caused me to give it a 4/5 are that there should be a lock on the master bedroom door for privacy so others can not come in to use that bathroom while you are sleeping. Also the quilts in the condo had a few stains on them, one looking like blood, luckily we brought our own and stripped the provided ones off. Other than that the kitchen, living space, balcony, and bedrooms were all perfect and we will ABSOLUTELY stay there again in upcoming years.
