Looks are Deceiving!

The views were amazing!! The best part of this property! However, the interior of the condo was not worth the price. The couch is only a loveseat and one of the chairs in the living room was totally broken. Not enough seating for family movie or game night. Only the living room tv worked and management never responded to my requests for help. The bathtubs were old and cracked and made it difficult to bathe children. Several lightblubs were burnt out in the property. This building is a great building to stay in, but don't be fooled by the penthouse name on the listing! Save some money and book a different unit!

Do not stay here this place is a dump

We showed up and the place was dirty. I wouldn’t give my dog a bath in the tub. Some of the furniture was broken. The front door had a 3” gap under it that I could put my hand through. I reached out to the rental company verbiage no one returned my call don’t rent this place. I feel like it is a scam. But the time you see it it’s to late.

Disappointment for the money

You can only partially go by what you see in these pictures. The apartment was in an excellent location and the top floor was fun, but be aware the apartment was dirty and we had to clean in order to use the showers and kitchen. The counters were sticky, there was hair and dirt on the floors, sand under the comforters on the beds, bed sheets were left outside the apartment for us, etc... Contacted the property management while we were there and they offered to some clean a day later. Toilet stopped working and they never came to fix it, so my husband fixed it. For the price paid, it should have been way cleaner and in a little better working order. Tubs need replaced, curtains were not fully hanging up (we fixed that too).
