This much loved 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with a Loft and Garage is exactly the perfect space for the family, or families, looking to experience Ocean City, the Beach and all our great town has to offer, while still being able to settle in and feel like you are home.

Situated on 2 levels, this impressive, yet still warm and welcoming home will comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. You are sure to appreciate all of the love and thought that has so obviously gone into this home. As you enter, you will find Bedroom 2, perfect for the family member that prefers not to do steps, with a plush Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. It’s a great escape to relax and unwind after a day of fun. Convenient to Bedroom 2 and the main Living Area, there is also a Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. You’ll wander by the steps to enter the stunning Kitchen, well-equipped with all of the conveniences of home. Cooking meals will feel like anything but a chore in this kitchen with the stunning granite countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances. There is also a convenient Laundry closet with Washer and Dryer, so you can pop in a load if needed while calling Twin Tree Home. And with the cut out to the Living Room, the chef never has to miss a minute of the family fun. With 2 cozy couches, 1 of which is a Sleeper Sofa, and chairs, there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax together and enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi and maybe even stream a movie on the Flat Screen TV after a long day of making memories out and about in OC! *Fireplace is Decorative only and NOT in use.* Enjoy a meal at the dining table, just off the Living Area or grab a quick snack at the breakfast table in the Kitchen.

The Primary Bedroom, found on the 1st floor, is a fabulous retreat with a King Bed, Attached Primary Bath, Flat Screen TV, and private access to the back Patio! The Attached Primary Bath is a Spa-like retreat with a large Double Vanity, Walk-In Shower, and a corner Soaking Tub. As you wander back through the main Living Area, you’ll head upstairs to find the remaining 3 Bedrooms and Full Bath. Bedroom 3 at the top of the steps has a Cozy Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV. Across the foyer you will find the Shared Full bath with a Shower/Tub Combo and Bedroom 4, which comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 Queen Beds and another Flat Screen TV. The bonus Loft, in the middle and accessible from Bedroom 3 and 4, is a great space for the kids, sleeping up to 4 with a Twin/Twin Trundle and a Full bed and has a Flat Screen TV, a custom Arcade Game and a Desk! And even better this room is open to the foyer below so you can always listen in to what the little ones are up to, this room is truly one of a kind and sure to be a hit with your kids!

Parking is no problem at Twin Tree with the driveway parking as well as ample street parking. This home truly offers the best of the best that Ocean City has to offer: a peaceful and quiet family location just a few short blocks from the beach, shops, and dining! Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
