Nauti perheidesi arvokkaimmasta ajasta yhdessä täysin uusitussa, remontoidussa Ocean Front -mökissä. Mökki on viimeinen 1. kadutalo rauhallisella rannan itäpäällä, josta on mukavin ja yksityisin näkymä rannalle. Talo uusittiin kokonaan katosta vuoden aikana
alkukeväästä 2012. Keittiössä on kaikki uudet kaapit, kodinkoneet ja tarvikkeet. Olo / ruokailutila sisältää tiskit top 3 ja ruokapöytä 6-8. Olohuoneessa on sohva, rakkausistuin ja kääntyvä tuoli, josta on mukava katsella valtamerta tai 42 '-televisiota.
Mökissä on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Mökin kummallakin puolella on oma yksilöllisesti hallittava lämpö ja ilmastointi, 2 makuuhuonetta ja täysi kylpyamme. Kummallakin puolella on makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode. Lasten makuuhuoneissa on 1 makuuhuone, jossa parivuode ja parivuode, ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kerrossänky - yhden hengen yläosassa ja alaosassa, että lapset taistelevat.
Mökissä on langaton internet ja TV kolmessa 4 makuuhuoneessa. Edessä ja takana on kuisti, jossa on mukavat istuimet ja pienet pöydät ulkona syömiseen. Siellä on kiinnitetty mukava aurinkoterassi, joka on syrjäinen aivan raskaasti meri-kauran muotoisissa dyynissä. Nauti pihvejä ja hampurilaisia, jotka on kypsennetty ulkogrillillä ja tarjoillaan varjostetulla piknikpöydällä / tuulta tavalla
talo.
Kun et ole, uida, surffata tai kuoriata rannalla tai vain istua yhdessä monista alueista nauttiaksesi valtamerestä, pelikaaneista ja delfiineistä, voit nauttia monista golfkentistä, jotka sijaitsevat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Ocean Islestä.

Meillä on myös toinen mökki osoitteessa 362 E 2nd St vuokra # 373646, joka uusittiin kokonaan vuoden 2011 alussa. Tämä talo on kulma-alueella, josta on helppo pääsy rannalle. Mökissä on myös 4 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, katettu valtameren puoleinen kuisti, jossa on yhdistetty aurinkoterassi ja piknikpöytä / oleskelualue tuulen alla. Tämä talo on alle korttelin päässä 392 E 1st St -mökistä. 362 talo vuokraa 1.795 dollaria kauden aikana ja on myös lemmikkieläinystävällinen.

House on the beach
The house was suitable for our 4 adults, 1 child and dogs. The price was suitable for the size and location before all the extra fees and taxes are added on to the price. Over 2 grand in pet and service fees and taxes but when you want to be on the ocean and have to bring the fur babies along then that’s the price to pay. There is a nice size rocking chair deck to enjoy the ocean view. The deck under the house was a bonus when we wanted a break from the hot sun and a place for our extended family who was also staying in oib to gather one night for a cookout with the included propane grill that sits on the beach. The 2 queen bedrooms are ocean front as described in listing but also a side ocean view from the 3rd br with the full and twin beds, at least currently unless more homes are built next door to obstruct that side ocean view. The only thing I found to be an inconvenience with the house was no full length mirrors in the home, I didn’t think to add over the door mirror to my Walmart delivery order until the week was over. Would have liked to seen what my outfits looked like before going out. Everything else included in the house to use was all suitable for our week stay.

Beachfront Serenity: A Wonderful Stay
We had the most wonderful stay at this beach cottage and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with stunning views of the ocean and the soothing sound of waves crashing nearby. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and seaside charm. What truly made our experience exceptional was the thoughtfulness towards our furry family member. The private, pet-friendly (gated!) porches made it so easy for us to enjoy our vacation with our beloved pup who likes to be off-leash but has a tendency to run free, at length, and doesn’t listen well when called. ;) The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy morning coffee seaside, take leisurely walks, and enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunset views each day. While the interaction with the hosts was minimal, the check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and they provided all the necessary information ahead of time. We had a relaxing and peaceful time during our stay, and the location allowed us to explore the area at our own pace. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this beachfront rental and would absolutely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your slice of beachfront paradise with us!

The view was great.
We loved the house and view but, the house was nasty shower curtain in the green tiled bathroom was covered in mold & mildew , floors were nasty. We had to wash the dishes that were left over from the last guest. We spent an hour cleaning before we unloaded the truck. The bottom inside of the trash can in the kitchen had cooking oil in the bottom of it , so it had to be degree’s which also took the smell away . I under stand that the cleaning company has deadlines and a number of houses but they are paid to do a job . A suggestion one train these people . Teach these people how to clean. Teach the ones who do the inspection what to look for. Second put policies in place for cell phones and smoke breaks. The people who own these homes are paying for a service to be done the right way. I am done now thank you .

Quiet beach
We had a great time at this quiet, peaceful beach. The layout of this home was perfect. We loved how close it was to the water, ideal for babies/toddlers who can’t stay out for a long time. Just a heads up- this home does not provide toilet paper, sheets, or paper towels- so pack those things or be prepared to buy them! Great stay! Thanks!

Excellent location and hosts
This property is in an amazing location. You are so close to the ocean that you fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. The cottage is smaller and quant but the perfect size for two smaller families or one family with several children. The owners are above and beyond in service. My husband left behind a few things they may have seemed unimportant to most but were important to him. The owners shipped them to us! We are so very grateful! We plan to book again in the spring next year.

Great Beach House
This beach house was exactly as described. Very clean. The property owners were great to work with. Great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. Great outdoor shower & foot wash. Wonderful deck with table & chairs & rocking chairs. We can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommend this beach house.
