Ocean view vacation
The view from this condo is amazing and the Christmas decorations around the complex were beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and check in and out were very quick. Great vacation! The only issue was many dead ants in the bathrooms upon arrival, and several live ants in bathrooms after a couple days. The management promptly responded to this concern and we didn’t see many ants in the rest of the condo.

Second Year in Paradise is a Success
This is our second year in a row at E15, and we continue to be appreciative that the hosts share this little slice of paradise with others. As is the case, this is all about location. You are right on the beach, and the unit is more than enough to meet the needs of a family of five (a teenager and two toddlers). We upgraded to a minivan this year and while snug, parking was still doable without much issue. We already can't wait to do it again next year.

Amazing oceanfront getaway
During previous stays at North Coast Village, I was envious of the units right on the water. I was surprised when one was available. It did not disappoint! You can't beat the location right on the water with a patii and take. The unit was clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Only very minor downsides: no water filter of any kind and the door is difficult to lock. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves is smazing! We will be back!aamazing!

Super clean and perfect location!
Cannot get much closer to the ocean that this! Loved watching the surfers and sunsets from the patio. We had family staying in another unit and they loved coming to check out our view! Very easy walk to beaches, pier, and Oceanside restaurants. Close proximity to parking was also a plus. The rental company and the on-site property manager were both fantastic to deal with. Would absolutely stay here again!

On the Beach Paradise
In my humble opinion, this is one of the best, if not the best, units at North Coast Village. You can not beat the location, and having your own semi-private backyard to watch every sunset from us worth every penny. For a family of five (two soon to be toddlers and a soon to be teenager), this unit has everything you could need. The home is well furnished, clean and easy to miss the moment your time is up. We will definitely be back at E15. One more insight for those curious, yes parking is tight but not unrealistic. We had a Honda CRV, and even with a car parked in the adjacent spot it wasn't much of an issue. I would say anything bigger than a minivan and you'll probably have more trouble depending on the overall garage occupancy on any given day. Overall, the place is incredible and it's location both to the beach and the parking spot eliminated so many of the little time nibblers planning out your trip. We can't wait to return

Our stay was perfect! Our only complaint would be the parking space reserved for our room was incredibly difficult to get in or out of. Not was it limited access but the property/complex stores it's large trash bin directly behind our space which added to the difficulty. Overall experience was very good room cleanliness location and access to all amenities was perfect. Thank you!

Very nice oceanfront first-floor 2BR unit
Absolutely loved our stay even though it rained for several days out of the week. Great views through the patio door of the ocean waves as they rolled in. Very nice to sit out on the patio (when it wasn't raining) to take in the beach and the ocean view.

Amazing Beach Front Views
This property met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend staying here with family and friends. Easy beach access and amazing beach views only steps out the back patio. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future. The complex is quite large and definitely gives a vacation vibe once you step foot on to the property. Our condo was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The unit was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils. The unit was steps away from the gate that lead to the beach which was very convienent with kids. It was cloudy and chilly on some days so the fireplace was great to have. We appreciated the provided fans that doubled as heaters. The grounds are beautiful landscapped and the kids loved the large jacuzzi. The only bummer was that on our 3rd of 5 nights, security was outside our unit telling us someone had just jumped the rock wall from the beach onto our back patio space and that we needed to lock our doors and shut our windows. Not being able to sleep with the windows open and slightly on edge was unfortunate, but we did appreciate the security presence every evening and overnight.

Right on the beach!
This rental has a great location being on the beach and first floor level walk out to patio, grass, and sit on the sea wall! We opened the bedroom window and beach waves lulled us to sleep. It was a quite stay in the generally quiet and family friendly condo complex. The grounds are beautiful. However, the area around the ocean front condos is not as well maintained. There were knee high weeds in the planters flanking our patio. We walked the beach every morning and the weather was great. The unit looks like the photos. It’s decor is stylish but mildly tired. Rust on fireplace and screens, metal on lamps (one had a cut electrical cord which management collected but did not replace), a few nail holes from previous wall art but not replaced. Mattress needs to be replaced. Just a few details being addressed would make this a perfect condo. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again. The items I mentioned would not keep us from returning.

Perfect family spot
This was the perfect family vaca spot!! We have two kids under 3 and this location was wonderful for them. The rooms get nice and dark with great fans for nap time, the patio has a beautiful beach view and access to the pool/beach is easy. The grounds of this facility make you feel like you’re at a resort. Since we live locally, we’d definitely like to come back here to make this annual! The only complaint I have is there was a decent sized yellow stain on one of the twin beds when we arrived, but other than that the entire place was spotless and very comfortable. This company’s support was lovely, the staff worked with me to get in a little early for check-in to decorate the condo with birthday decorations. They always pick up the phone and we’re very nice. I’d do it all again!

Disappointed is an understatement
Definitely not at all what I expected nor what I paid for. Management and Owner failed at providing a property adequate enough for my family’s vacation stay. My deciding factor when renting property is what other reviewers say about a property along with managements own property description listed…Boy! What a huge mistake this time around. I definitely do not recommend this particular condo, it was definitely not what I paid for period! It was a complete disappointment and total fail in providing a comfortable stay in comparison to what I have rented in the past. It had absolutely NO air conditioning however two dirty and sticky fans were provided which helped very little, no washer/ dryer in unit, ALL furniture down to the broom was pastie and sticky, limited towels and beach towels were provided with an obscure charge for additional. I should have brought my own but did not since description of property stated it included towels. Why not include that in property description? Floors were sandy, not swept prior to my family’s arrival nor was the refrigerator cleaned down in the inside, kitchen counters were sandy as well. Wasn’t I charged a cleaning fee prior?! Refrigerator seemed to stop cooling each time it was opened. I messaged management regarding refrigerator and restroom air vent issue, I received no response to that. Sliding door in living room was hard to open. One of the restroom doors did not close at all. Front door is hard to open. There was zero privacy and zero respect to boundaries in patio area. People renting unit to the left of us were literally using our unit patio as their own. Electricity was shut off for a few hours on our arrival day for maintenance issue, Water was shut off for a few hours on our 3rd day due to maintenance issue. I’m still pretty upset over this property and my family’s vacation stay here. I absolutely did not get what I paid for and completely feel description of property is deceiving. Thee only positive was checking out-even my little ones were relieved to be leaving. No, I definitely will not put my family through a vacation stay here in this particular unit ever again. Considering the fact that me and my husband plan, save money and coordinate our time off from both our jobs to spend quality time with our family in an amazing location- we really feel deceived after this experience. Highly, HIGHLY recommended searching and renting a different location!!
