Ocean Villa on myös erittäin hyvällä paikalla ja on helpon kävelymatkan päässä paikallisia ravintoloita, jäätelökauppoja ja kahviloita. Jotkut suosikkeista ovat 'Hello Betty's, Flying Pig, 333, Bagbys, Masters and Bessies. Meillä on kaksi erilaista viljelijämarkkinoita viikossa, joihin voit kävellä. Beautiful home!
Beautiful home exactly as described right on the beach. Would absolutely stay again. Neighborhood is busy as the home is on the strand and cars and people frequently pass on the road in front of the home. To be expected for the location.

GREAT TIME
It was a wonderful time. Wish check in was earlier and/or check out a little later. We seemed to have lost a day in the process. Can't check in until 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. Water in shower turns from hot to warn before shower over. Other than that the condo is great. Upgraded appliances but we didn't cook this time. Are out and brought snacks. We loved the unit. Will return next year is we can get one of the first floor units or one that has use of the elevator. Thank you.

Awesome view and location.
Loved the location and the view and the beds were very comfortable. Had a slight delay getting into the unit but the property managers handled it right away. Only two negatives were the ants in the kitchen they were gross. Luckily we weren't doing any real cooking but we couldn't leave anything out. Also the hot water was a constant issue in all 3 bathrooms and we were spacing out our showers. You should have your on demand water heater checked out because that shouldn't happen. All and all it was really great. Thank you very much.

Wonderful family vacation
We really enjoyed this beautiful beach house with our family for 5 days. The location was absolutely perfect! My husband is an avid surfer and enjoyed surfing right in front of our beach deck every day.. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy every night! The beach house is so comfortable for a family. The master suite is huge and the two additional guest rooms were very roomy and had 2 queen beds each. The living room had also had a huge sectional couch that was just perfect to hang out on each evening . The house was appointed beautifully in a lovely beach decor. The kitchen had all needed items! More then enough! We called the maintenance manager, Patrick, a couple of times and he immediately responded and did the best he could to accommodate us. He was a gem! We did, however, have 3 cars and had a little problem trying to find convenient overnight parking close by. Hopefully we can resolve that problem the next time we rent in the area. We loved this beach house and definitely want to come back with the family again. Absolutely wonderful!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The outdoor space is perfect for people and dolphin watching! 3/4 mornings around 8am saw dolphins swimming and plenty of surfers. The weather was great and the beach was just steps away. Beautiful sunsets and when it was a bit chilly at night, the firepit worked perfectly. The property was clean inside and big! Kitchen was fully stocked (minus food) and there were plenty of towels and just everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

Loved it!
The ocean views are perfection! You can the pier and sunsets right from the patio. There’s pretty much a constant stream of cars or people on the Strand but the ocean covers the sound so it’s still relaxing. Within walking distance to everything except grocery store. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are huge, one with its own sitting area. There was no welcome book for us but we figured things out easily - appliances, trash handling, etc. - except extra towels (back bathroom!). The provided beach towels and beach equipment came in clutch. I’d definitely send friends to the listing.

Ocean Dream Come True
The property was everything that was promised - with fantastic views of the ocean and the people watching was delightful.The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly appointed ...lots of towels, full size shampoo, cream rinse, shower gel and soap and hair dryers too! Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The kitchen was a chefs delight and we used the gas grille too. I have never seen so many dishes and glasses in a rental property! We had a problem with large sliding doors in the living room and a wonderful repair technician was there within the hour and later in the week we needed some assistance with the outside firepit and they returned promptly and handled that. It was a joy to sit on our large balcony and experience the southern California beach scene.

We need to bring to your attention that the sliding door panel (2nd on left ) needs to be fixed. At times we could not unlock it to get to the patio. We had to use the front door or the door from the bedroom. The hot water takes a long time to reach the showers. Otherwise we were quite happy with the property.

The views are amazing and the location couldn't be better. There were a few things that could have been better: one of the bedroom doors didn't close properly ane we had to contact the property manager when the bbq didn't work. However they replaced the bbq a couple of days later, so we were able to use it.

Great location, amazing views in a incredible house
This house was absolutely perfect location, with the water 20 yards in front of us, and less than a half a mile from restaurants and shopping. The inside of this house was modern. Very nice. Everything worked well. Parking was easy. We did have a problem with the code and the owner answered within a minute, and had it straightened out. We will be back. Well worth the money.

Great location
We were able to enjoy the ocean with a short walk to the sandy part of the beach, pier, and restaurants. The high tide at night makes the road almost impassable. I would suggest getting back before high tide or planning only places to walk to. There are places to park on the block behind the condominium. We found that out the hard way the first night.

Nice location, noisy location.
Very nice apartment by the ocean, separated by a street. The street is a busy street. One-way for cars... every-way for bikers, joggers, pet walkers, skateboarder etc. The apartment is very large und nicely decorated. Some of the furniture look "lived in", the seat cushions for the patio looked dirty. We had an issue with the TVs and asked for assistance, which arrived within the hour. Good service. However, the apartment was clean and we all felt comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and coffeemakers etc., everything one needs.
