We are always interested in the opinion of our guests for improving the quality of service, but in your case, the problems that you described in your review did not arise in our hotel. All air conditioners in the hotel are serviceable and are adjusted to a comfortable individual temperature for the guest, and hot and cold water is served around the year. You needed only to call the reception and our staff immediately would help you to set up or to show how to use the appliances in the room.
