3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fold out couch in one living room, Large sectional sofa in the other living room with ample room for up 10 people to sleep comfortably.

Very quiet location with Covered Dock ,plenty of seawall to accommodate extra boats , second driveway with plenty of parking for up to 5 trucks with trailers . Perfect for groups visiting for one of the areas many fishing tournaments ! U can boat up to Burgerking for coffee , visit Back to Butch’s by boat for a frosty mug ! Our property is over 1/2 acre and the home features two living rooms so u can keep the kids happy in one and the adults can have a little play time of there own !

We had a nice time at this vacation rental home on the lake! House is large, very well equipped, clean, and pet friendly! Plenty of space for the boat, as well. Great rental for families and fishermen!

Fabulous location and ample room
We had a wonderful time at the House on Canal. It is located only minutes from town and from our family we were visiting in Okeechobee. We didn't rent the boat but plan to next time! The kitchen is well appointed and made cooking easy.

The Perfect Getaway
Welcoming and comfortable from the moment you walk in. We were so delighted to see the photos were exact~ with some beautiful furniture additions in the lanai adding to the serene and idyllic outdoor canal views. We were sorry we had to leave and will definitely plan to return! Our compliments to the owner of this beautiful home.

Hidden Gem
We stayed here for my son's state fishing tournament and were very pleased. The house is very clean, there is a large yard, and the two living rooms are a great bonus! There was also a screened in back porch that we enjoyed. I would stay here again should we be at another tournament.

Fantastic
This property is wonderful! It was everything we expected and more, we were able to connect via Bluetooth to one of the TVs to play music, which was a very nice touch. Everything was clean, easy to find and very comfortable. The back patio and boat dock were very nice and having a canal right behind the home allowed us to fish from the dock. The neighbors were very friendly and gave us advice on where to fish. Having access to a pontoon boat made the trip that much more enjoyable. The next time we visit Lake Okeechobee, this will be our go to spot.

Definitely a winner.
From the moment we walked into the house, we felt at home. It's spacious living area got my 5 year old grandson running in circles. The bedrooms were welcoming. The beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time at the house outside on the patio watching the slow moving boats cruising the canal. As an added bonus, we saw a rocket launch! Who would have thought in Okeechobee! This property is a keeper on our list of vacation rentals to come back to.

Nicest rental we have had for a long time
Dave's place is awesome, especially if you have several guests and/or want to host others during the stay. It is one of the most spacious places we have rented, and has all the facilities of a home. The living spaces are huge, including the kitchen, and the master suite is really nice. It has everything (dishes, kitchen dishes/utensiles, washer/dryer, towels, bedding, etc...) you would need. I would not hesitate to stay there again and/or recommend it to others.

Great Place
This is the nicest place we have stayed in over 30 trips to Okeechobee. The house is very clean and spacious. The beds were all very comfortable. The dock was nice to sit at in the evenings. There is plenty of parking for multiple families or groups. We will definitely book this house again in the future. There is also a pontoon boat available if you did not bring your own boat.

What a SUPERB place to stay!!!
We loved the two family room setup—each with its own large television! It enabled adults and children to each pursue activities and then come back together for meals. My wife observed that in the many places we have stayed, we have never had a place where the host was so generous with supplies. The home is laid out spaciously; the beds are comfortable; the back porch permitted leisurely times of coffee and conversation in the mornings. The dock was inviting. My wife and I, adult children and grandchildren, and cousins all fell in love with the place and are making plans to return. The pontoon boat (rented separately) Is a huge additional plus! It started right up, and just a few short minutes up Taylor Creek and through the locks, you are on Lake Okeechobee—with access to specked perch and large mouth bass in abundance. And the owner was so good to deal with! We love this place! So will you!
