Parking: You can park 4 cars in driveway and street parking available

Strict no-party policy; guests are requested to maintain quiet after 11 pm and respect the neighbors

Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. The default settings are 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.

Laundry: The laundry room is available

Strictly No Pets: Please be aware that we have a strict no pet policy for this property.

Other note: the neighbor dog on the left is very aggressive. Please limit the use of the side and back entrances, using them only for emergencies, as the dog will bark excessively when you pass by.

There are some small steps inside the house (between the dining room, living room, and bathroom), so please watch your step.

Please do not enter the basement.
