The stay was fine, but the hotel didn’t have my registration so I don’t know if that’s on hotels.com or IHC hotels?? I had to send my proof of reservation and payment. The lady helping me was nice and found a room for us so it all worked out.

Overall the hotel is nice. Don’t stay in the first floor. Too much noise and homeless folks walk around the hotel looking in.
