Nice room, big bathroom but why the small triangle luggage trolleys? It wasn't easy getting my cats up to the room in their (double) carrier with the trolley. Otherwise, a nice stay and great breakfast. Thank you!

Our room had a number of issues but fine for our short stay. The corner bumper by the bathroom was pulled away from the wall-- our clumsy dog was the one who noticed. There was visible poorly fixed damage on the entertainment center at the foot of the mattress, something stained on the lamp shade which also had no lightbulb and a sizeable tear in the central couch cushion. All we needed was a place for our dogs to stay in while we slept, so it was useful for our visit, along with the remodeled spacious bathroom but I would point out that the pressure was lacking. Other than that, the staff were kind and polite, the hotel was clean, ample parking and spacious room. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s a great place to rest, with a fantastic location in a safe area. One of the best things for me was that they allow pets, which was very important. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly stay!

Hotel is meg, night staff are rude.

Hotel itself wasn’t so bad. Check in staff on Friday night was pleasant and apologized that the room we booked on Hotels.com didn’t look like what we wanted. I was shown a room that had a bedroom with a wall and door, and then a separate seating area. We ended up with just a long room with a couch. Thanks for misleading me Hotels.com But main reason for the 1 star review was the extremely rude night staff. Since I didn’t have a separate room, I chose to set up my gaming laptop in the lobby. Despite three people very close to me eating and laughing quite loudly, it was my table that was violently banged on and rudely informed that “I have rooms on the ground floor and can’t have that, you need to be quiet” I was just chatting with my teammates. No yelling or screaming, just normal volume talking. Seriously, just “hey man, can you possibly talk a bit quieter” or something to that effect would have worked. Smacking and shaking my table with my very expensive laptop on it, not cool. So, won’t be returning here again.

People at the front desk were amazing. We arrived late at night and were frightened by some horror stories from our uber driver. They made us feel at ease, gave us an upgrade and made sure we were in the 4th floor. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Okay for the price. Looks to be recently updated but poorly executed. Walls still had stains. Bathroom grout was patched. Was clean so all I can ask for in that price range. We did not like the location and will not be staying here again.
