While the lower lobby is very nice with water features, retro elevators, and classic tile features, the rooms themselves were extremely underwhelming, tacky, and not necessarily clean. The bedding and table surfaces felt to be the only things that were clean. The bed skirts and headboards still have very clear marks of previous guest
. while the floors were in need of a vacuum and good clean. The bathtub/shower is very small and I think I fractured my elbow on a high-placed soap holder on the first night of my 6 night stay. There is no water pressure, but it at least stays hot for how long you have to shower with the low pressure. Staying on the 10th floor, I did not sleep really any night due how loud the wind whistled against the building
 all night long.. every night. The food at the bar restaurant on my first night was one of the best meals I have had in months, I was genuinely shocked. On the second night I got the same thing, excited for the same level of deliciousness but was met with extreme disappointment with a cold, soggy plate that took 50 minutes to come out and somehow was different than what I ordered the night prior. It was so bad I couldn’t finish. Everything at this hotel is highly expensive and it’s considered a 4-star hotel and I’m not sure why. I stayed here before when I was joining the military and thought it would be fun to comeback and experience it again but I do not think I’ll be back.

The service at this hotel is fenomenal. The valet parking guys have a great attitude. The app to order amenities is very convenient. The only downside was that the water at the pool was pretty cold. But after a few minutes your body gets used to it. Overall we had a great experience at this beautiful hotel.

There is no parking, the key we received didn’t work for our room, the hot tub was broken, lots of mold in the pool area, the bathtub was rusty and we had no blanket on our bed. The heater was also broken in cafe.

Small Issue, But Otherwise Great Stay.
The rooms could use USB ports for phone charging. They have a charger on top of the alarm clock, but that requires you to take your protective case off to work (much easier with a USB port). Instead, we had to go to the lobby store and purchase the block that plugs into regular outlet and a cord (which we didn't need for $20+). Other than this small issue everything was great.

Place sucks. They give you 2 towels for 3 people. They text you and ask how things are going. I told them we didn’t have enough towels, the tub didn’t drain and the AC didn’t work and they texted back 11 hours later and said “ thanks for letting us know” they didn’t fix anything or seem to even care. The rooms have coffee pots.. with one cup and 2 k-cups which is great when you stay for 2 nights. Pool is freezing, hot tub don’t work
