Designer-huoneisto 10 metrin päässä merestä

Tämä uusi ja nykyaikaisesti suunniteltu loma-asunto sijaitsee Okrug Gornjissa Ciovon saarella, 3 km päässä Trogirin kaupungista. Se on tilava - kooltaan 120 metriä - kaikki hiljattain remontoitu. Se sijaitsee vain 10 metrin päässä merestä ja lähimmästä pikkukivirannasta.

Makuuhuoneita on kolme: 2 makuuhuonetta (makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, keittokomero ja parveke) ja iso olohuone. Huoneistoon mahtuu 6 henkilöä. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, olohuoneessa on vaihdettava vuodesohva 2 hengelle.
Keittiö on kytketty ruokasaliin, josta on sisäänkäynti ihastuttavalle terassille, josta voit nauttia kauniista näkymistä satamaan ja rannalle Okrug Gornjissa. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla kodinkoneilla - uuni, liesi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin ... sekä ruokailuvälineet ja lasit.

Okrugin ihmiset ovat todella ystävällisiä ja Okrug on täydellinen paikka tulla lomalle ja rentoutua. Se on yleistä perhelomille tai pariskunnille, koska se on todella rauhallinen kaupunki. Autolla saapuvat vieraat käyttävät sitä harvoin oleskelunsa aikana, koska kaikki on täällä todella kätevää, ja tarpeettomien tukosten välttämiseksi voit ottaa taksiveneen (edullisesti) päästäksesi Trogirin keskustaan.
Okrugin rannat ovat pehmeitä, pieniä kiviä. Alueella ei ole hiekkarantoja, mutta joka tapauksessa nämä rannat ovat todella miellyttäviä makaa!

Pidämme huoneistot puhtaina ja raikkaina, aina valmiina vierailullesi milloin tahansa vuoden aikana! Sinun ei tarvitse tuoda liinavaatteita, löydät sen huoneistosta.
Meillä on myös pysäköintialue autollesi, langaton internetyhteys sisältyy hintaan.

Jos tarvitset kaikenlaista tietoa (kuten kuljetus lentokentältä, bussi-aikataulut, lautta-aikataulut tai mahdolliset kysymykset), kysy rohkeasti ja tarjoamme mielellämme niin paljon tietoa kuin pystymme!
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Pyhän Carlo Borromeon kirkko. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung und super Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Wasser und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Balkon lädt zu einem schönen Frühstück mit Blick auf den Hafen und Strand ein. Die beiden Gastgeber Anita und Dragan sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim nächsten Kroatienurlaub würden wir hier sofort wieder buchen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful located in the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful bay with views to die for and just a minute or two walk to a variety of restaurants and all the lovely beach bars. My sister and I spent many hours just gazing out to sea from the balcony enjoying all the boating activities as well as the stunning sunsets. Our hosts Anita and Dragan were so helpful and kind. Best location!
We enjoyed the walkability of this area. We were able to park our car at the apartment and walk to the beach and restaurants. There’s a gelato stand that accepts credit cards a few steps from the apartment which was great after a day of water activities. Our boat tour through Tamaris Charter was even able to pick us up right on the dock in front of the apartment. The hosts were very kind providing beach chairs and assistance as requested. Our favorite thing was the terrace for dining and ocean views with morning coffee. Thank you for a welcoming family stay.

A Great Place to Stay
This property is modern, clean and had all amenities for a long term stay. We stayed 26 days. Owners are right on property which is great. We loved our stay, which included our adult chidren (second bedroom and bathroom) and grandson (pullout couch private area). Beach right in front. The best amenity we thought is the balcony. We spent so much time there mornings and evenings. Parking for our 2 rental cars was provided. A short ride (5 Euro by taxi) into Trojir. But Okrug has a great beach with restaurants, beach bars, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Stay
This apartment is fantastic as are the owners. Apartment is huge, clean, all the amenities, comfortable. Views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Owners go above and beyond for their guests. Croatians speak perfect English. Plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Walk out onto the beach. Split and Trogir are a must to visit. Both have beautiful old towns. You will definitely want to return to this apartment.

We spend one week in Anita and Draganns apartment. The apartment is very good in terms of size, facilities and location. Anita and Dragan are very friendly hosts, very helpful and communicative. Perfect location
Beautiful apartment in an ideal location on the beach and right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Dragan was the perfect host from the moment we arrived (to a welcome picnic with wine) to the moment we left. Excellent base from which to explore Trogir (which is amazing) and all the other historical towns along the coast. We went early in May and were very unlucky with the weather but when the sun shines it's perfect. Thank you Dragan for a wonderful holiday.

Croatian Experience
The hosts greeted us and introduced us to the apartment which was everything that had been promised. We were a family of six including two young children, parents and grandparents. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, the facilities excellent and the position, right on beach with superb views, could not be better. Just be aware that there are a number of steps to negotiate to access the apartment. It was early season but a number of local restaurants were open. Trogir is easy to reach by taxi, bus or walking (steep hills but worth it!). We would recommend this apartment for a family holiday. Croatia is great and the people who all seem to speak good English are warm and helpful!

Don’t hesitate
My friend and I have just returned from our holiday and can honestly say it is the best holiday venue we have stayed in. The apartment, hosts, location and view from the balcony will be hard to beat. We stayed on the beach in front of the apartment until the sun went down then walked 20 ft back and sat on the balcony with a drink to watch the sunset ……. It’s perfect….. quiet as no passing traffic but lots of people and boat watching. We walked to the Laganini beach club on the other side of the island …. great music, food and location. Trogir Old Town is a must and you can walk or get a ferry from the harbour. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 30 second walk. The sea is crystal clear and there is often a lovely breeze in the afternoon. Most of all, the hosts Dragon and Anita are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, we could ask them anything and they helped us, Dragon even offered to pick us up and take us back to the airport for a small charge which made our journey so easy. Don’t hesitate to book this property, it’s spacious and better equipped than my house but you will live on the balcony watching the world go by and unforgettable sunsets …. enjoy!

A home away from home
Okrug gornji is a beautiful resort. The apartment has two good sized rooms. The master room has its own onsuite and a small side balcony with sea view. There is everything you could need for your stay. It's a very short walk to bars on the sea front and restaurants. Dragan and Anita were fantastic hosts and we hope to be back soon.

Wir waren 6 Personen in dieser Wohnung, Platz war für alle da. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, voralem die Küche. Wir haben auch viel gekocht. Das beste war natürlich der Balkon. Die Aussicht haben wir jede Zeit genossen. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette Frau und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei unseren Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein, Käse und Schinken begrüßt. Unser Urlaub war toll. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great house, great hosts, great views, in a great location. Walk out of the house and on to the beach. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Short walk along the beach to dining and nightlight. House has everything you need: full kitchen, big TV, two bathrooms, covered parking. Would definitely stay again.

Die Lage des Apartments war perfekt. Es lag direkt am Strand und in der Nähe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Die nächtgrößere Stadt war schnell per Wasser-Taxi zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns stets unsere Privatsphäre gelassen. Bei Fragen hatten sie immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Apartment selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem Top-Zustand. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen wollen.

Das Appartement ist genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Anita und Dragan sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liegen für den Strand stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick auf‘s Meer ist ein Traum. War für uns perfekt, da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, leider nur eine Woche bleiben konnten und uns einfach nur erholen wollten. Auto braucht man vor Ort nicht, alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, super Restaurants in der Nähe, Lebensmittelgeschäft und tolle Bäckereien. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Das Appartement war das Beste, was wir bisher hatten. Von der Ausstattung ließ die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten noch nie eine solche Küchenausstattung, alles, aber wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter Dragan war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein perfektes Appartement an einem perfekten Ort!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer an einem kleinen, romantischen Hafen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Schöner kann man nicht wohnen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Ein Parkplatz ist am Haus vorhanden. Die Vermieter Anita und Dragan sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfangen würden wir mit einer Schinken- und Käseplatte, Wein und Wasser. Auch zwischendurch gab es frisches Obst, sehr lecker. Viele lieben Dank nochmals an Anita und Dragan. Ihr seid die Besten und wir kommen gerne wieder!
