A short drive from vibrant Sitges, it offers a private swimming pool, BBQ area, and terraces to soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa boasts a fully equipped gym, cozy bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and inviting living spaces.

Enjoy the convenience of being near Barcelona and local market towns, perfect for family adventures and making lasting memories.

Villa Serra is also conveniently situated around 40 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and its international airport, making it an ideal location for visitors who want to explore the city and other attractions.

The beautiful exterior of Villa Serra features a wonderful 9m x 4m private swimming pool, which is the centrepiece of the sun-drenched terrace garden. It is perfectly positioned to maximise all-day sunshine as well as the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside.

A pergola provides shade and an area for barbecuing and entertaining. Villa Serra is also close to the thriving local market towns of Sant Pere de Ribes and Vilafranca, just a 10-minute drive away from both. These towns offer a range of local amenities such as weekly markets, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars, ensuring guests have everything they need during their stay.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor:

Villa Serra’s middle level is the heart of the home, providing a spacious and open-plan area for guests to relax and socialise. As you enter, you will notice a welcoming dining area that comfortably seats 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.

On the right is a separate kitchen, fully equipped with all modern amenities and appliances, including an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

At the end of the kitchen is a door leading to a charming outdoor dining area that offers lovely views of the surrounding hills and down to the pool area. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the stunning scenery.

To the right of the stairs is a hallway leading to several bedrooms and bathrooms.

The first room on the right is a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet, sink, and toilet.

Next to the bathroom is a cosy double bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside tables, a small wardrobe, and a ceiling fan.

The last room on the right is a convenient wardrobe room, perfect for storing luggage and personal belongings.

On the left is a double bedroom with a wardrobe. This is followed by a spacious double bedroom with a beautiful wooden 160cm x 200cm bed frame and features a ceiling fan.

Next to this room is another bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.There is a door separating the bedrooms for the main house and an air conditioning unit that keeps this part of the house cool and comfortable.

First Floor:
Villa Serra’s top floor is a comfortable area featuring a large, cosy sofa bed in a chill-out area or playroom, perfect for relaxation. A beautiful wood vaulted ceiling creates space and gives off a warm and inviting ambience.

There is also a guest bathroom on this level for added convenience. You can also enjoy access to a large terrace that offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside from the home’s highest vantage point.

Downstairs: Villa Serra’s downstairs is a spacious and open-plan level that is fully air-conditioned. Directly in front is a comfortable lounge area with a sofa and TV that is great for movie nights.

To the right, you will find a corner mini-office with a desk, then the room opens up to reveal a fully equipped gym, complete with a rowing machine, bench press, treadmill and weights, ideal for those who like to stay active during their vacation.

Adjacent to this is an open space for rolling out a yoga mat, playing board games or trying your hand at foosball.

To the left is the utility area, with a washing machine and dryer, and just past this is the 4th bedroom featuring a double bed and two single fold out futons, with air conditioning and a desk. This room is perfect for guests who prefer a bit more privacy.

Next to the bedroom, a door leads out to the terrace, where you can sway gently in a hammock or continue through the gate linked to a walkway that ascends to the swimming pool.Villa Serra can sleep up to 12 guests as follows:

GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES

The terraced garden at Villa Serra adds depth and dimension, creating a sense of spaciousness and grandeur. With its tranquil surroundings and lush Mediterranean plants, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a little slice of paradise in the sun.

The top terrace provides the perfect spot for Al fresco dining with an attractive dining area under a pergola with a gas BBQ, ideal for hosting outdoor gatherings with friends and family.

Walk down a short path to the pool area to find an inviting 9m x 4m pool calling for you to take a refreshing dip on a hot summer day.

Adjacent to the pool is a  chill-out area. Sheltered by a pergola and sun shields, you can relax in the shade during the warmest parts of the day.
