The Space:
This stylish apartment is newly renovated and offers beautiful hardwood flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "HOME PLATE APT 1" is a first floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater smart TV’s as well. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the 3rd has a full. For families / friends that wish to group together, “HOME PLATE APT 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 6 as well with the same exact layout.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Downstairs Apartment 1 washer/dryer is right in front of the bathroom. Upstairs Apartment 2 washer/dryer is also in the hallway closet. The driveway/lot is shared with Home Plate Apt 2 with plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Just a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives HOME PLATE an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".
