Beach Front Condo on the 6 Floor Phoenix VII by the boat pass, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 10 people, Flat Screen TV's in all rooms, washer, dryer, free internet & Wi-Fi, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, white sand beaches, pool, hot-tub, grills, workout room in the heart of Orange Beach. Very convenient to some great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Beach Chair rentals, jet ski rentals, boat charters, and many other amenities to enjoy during your stay.

Relaxing time with family
Small issue at check-in but property host was fast to respond and resolve. Property host was in communication the entire time and made sure we were taken care of. Really went extra mile. Family had a great time. Beautiful view and very relaxing vacation. Will come back.

Paradise Condo at Orange Beach
This is one of the most awesome beachfront condos we’ve ever stayed at. The unit was well equipped with plenty of towels. TVs were the biggest I’ve ever seen in a private condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and look forward to returning soon.

Nice Condo and Great Location
This is a very nice three bedroom condo, with ample space. It's located on the 6th floor, so you can walk up and down the stairs without much trouble. There are giant TVs and all needed kitchen appliances. The patio is large, with plenty of seating. The host is very responsive via text. Great location at the Phoenix 7, with plenty of restaurants close by, with Publix about a mile down the road. The complex is well-maintained overall and there are always people cleaning (especially near the pool), although the "fitness center" is not great for such a large complex. There are only a few pieces of old cardio and weight training equipment, so if working out is a priority, consider getting a day/week pass to a local gym. Overall, a nice place to spend time at the beach.

Spring Break
We have been coming to Orange Beach for years. Absolutely love it there. We habe stayed at several Phoenix properties. They never disappoint. Definitely recommend. We will be be back.

Amazing room!
We go to Orange Beach every year for Fall Break. We absolutely love OB! This condo was amazing! It was fully stocked with so many things others in the past hadn't. It was a nice layout, plenty of room for 6 of us. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, never ran out of hot water, no bugs, and has an amazing view! I highly recommend this condo. Check in and check out is so easy. Extremely nice accommodations. TVs in living room and master bedroom are huge! They also have plugs/USBs for all phone types all over which was nice. We had an amazing trip and loved this condo! Thank you for having it so great!

Great get away!
The process was smooth and easy! Condo was clean and had everything we could need! Biggest thing was all the plugs for the electronics! Every outlet seemed to have a box with usb plug in! It was great for our family and all the electronics! Anytime I emailed or texted a question he responded in a timely manner! Would definitely book again in the future. The only side note would be you have to pay for a parking pass which is a-little pricey!

More than expected
The description of this place does not give enough detail about how great it is. It has everything you could need for cooking and serving meal, even had a canopy for using on the beach. We really only had to bring our cloths and grocery’s and we were set for our stay any time I had a question the host was very quick to answer, highly recommend this place. The only negative we had was the housekeeper showed up early on our check out day banging on the door and kind of rushed us out of the room while we were still trying to pack with about 2 hours left before our scheduled check out time. Which it appears the host sources the cleaning out, so I don’t blame them for the slight ruffle in our great time staying here.

The best vacation ever! The property has the most amazing view and the owners are so wonderfull!
My family and I spent the week enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunset! The white sandy beach is a few steps away from your door. The condo is very spacious and has every amenity needed to relax and enjoy your vacation. It’s beautiful and very clean. This was our second time staying at this amazing property and I know we will be back soon.

March at the Beach
We found Mr Goodell and his property to be most satisfactory. Our questions were promptly answered and the condo was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The dishes, glasswear and cutlery above average. It was a pleasant surprise to find dish and laundry soap (though we did buy our own) and enough paper products to get us started. Looking forward to next year! Thank you!

Girls Trip 2022
This home is very nice, 3 bedrooms with lots of space for 7 adults and 1 child. Typically We don’t watch television but the large tvs made evening movie nights enjoyable. The balcony is spacious and has lots of seating. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the early mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

He was extremely nice to let us check in a little early it was a huge blessing with 2 young kids who saw beach/pool and wanted to go in right now! Wonderful!
We had a great time staying in this Condo. Beautiful beach views, 2 min easy walk to the water, pools were amazing. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, tvs in all the rooms are huge and condo has every thing you need. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay
The condo was great. Loved the balcony and the view. We could see the dolphins playing in the water. The pool was large and there are plenty of lounge chairs to get sun on. The TV’s were great to watch the NBA finals on. The condo was perfect for our family of nine. We had a minor hiccup, I didn’t see anything in the listing that had said a limit of 2 parking passes. We had 3 cars. The front desk said we could pay $20 a day for underground parking for the 3rd when we checked in, but when my youngest daughter came in at midnight day 3, the front desk was not going to give her a parking pass because they said we rented from a third party. They finally let us purchase a pass for $150 after trying to call all the storage places in Orange Beach.
