Phoenix West II on suuri perheystävällinen omaisuus, joka sijaitsee suoraan rannalla erinomaisella paikalla.

Vuodevaatteet perustettu: Mestarilla ja yhdellä huoneella on kuninkaat, toisessa asiakkaassa on 2 parivuodetta, ja siellä on yksi rulla, johon mahtuu 9.

Olemme lähellä Persianlahden osavaltion puistoa upeita kävely- ja ratsastusreittejä varten ja pisin kalastuslaituri Persianlahden rannikolla. Istu iso parveke ja nauti näkymistä valkoisen sokerin hiekkaan tai päätä rannalle yksityisellä kävelytieellä.

Olohuone ja makuuhuone avautuvat kuistilla näkymät Meksikonlahdelle. Kun kirjoitat kiinteistön, tiedät, että olet saavuttanut ensiluokkaisen omaisuuden. On lahden edessä laiska joki, suljettu parkkipaikka, dramaattinen aula, jossa on viihdettä ja istumapaikat kaikenikäisille, lämmitetyt sisä- ja ulkouima-altaat, tenniskentät, porealtaat, monitasoinen kuntokeskus ja paljon muuta. Awesome place for families!
This place is perfect for people traveling with kids. We have a 13 and 9 year old. They both had friends with them. They all had so much fun going between the beach and lazy River. Everything was clean and nice.

This condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and has a stunning view of the Gulf! Great location, exceptionally clean. Easy check-in, excellent parking and has great pools, sauna, hot tubs and lazy river! Our teens had a fantastic time as well as us adults. Easy access to the beach! Highly recommend!!! We give this property an A+++

Would stay again! (would bring some stuff)
Our group was moms + kids for Fall Break. Overall, we would absolutely stay at this property again and would stay in this unit if available. The private bathrooms for each bedroom make it perfect for groups, and *not* having a bedroom with balcony access minimizes jockeying for "the best room." They're all good. The attached parking garage with 11th-floor access was wonderful. The amenities at this property were perfect. Lazy river, water slide, pool, indoor pool... and no stairs to the beach. All of this was really wonderful. A few things: * Reviews that mention the loose carpet tacks are accurate. The crossthrough in the front bedroom into the bathroom has tacks that need to be addressed. And one of the kids found one by the bar seating. The kitchen is poorly stocked. * All of the cookware is nonstick, and there are zero cooking utensils that are appropriate for nonstick cookare. We used a tiny plastic shovel to make eggs :) (this is not hyperbole). * There are at least a dozen baking dishes, pie plates, and the like.... but no vegetable peeler. * There's a nice set of melamine dishes, but no plastic cups. * There is *nothing* in the way of kitchen essentials. No salt. No pepper. No coffee filters. No random bottle of counter spray under the sink. * The huge Smart TV was awesome, but the wi-fi was terrible. All that said, we'd stay again in this unit - I'd just know to bring the items it lacks. Four Stars.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location! It had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my entire family. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and other amenities were clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again.

Orange Beach Family Birthday Celebration Vacation
We spent 8 days/ 9 nights at the Phoenix West II condo unit #1103. Our family had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. All total for the week there were 7 adults and 3 children. The unit had 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom plus another bathroom in the hall which also had a washer and dryer. Plenty of room for everyone. TVs in every bedroom, plus the living room. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication throughout the booking process to check out. Answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided the requested information. Instructions provided for checking in and out in a timely manner. Condo provided carts and buggies to carry luggage, bags, groceries, etc. inside. They were located by the elevators on each floor. This condo was wonderful. As described. Right on the beach. Well decorated. Views were awesome. Great balcony with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view. The condo amenities were great. In addition to the beach, there was an in-door pool, hot tubs, outdoor pool, lazy river, splash pad, putting green, ping pong table, outdoor chess game, game machines, etc. Since we had 3 children with us, this gave us and them plenty of activities to enjoy. Location was great. Nearby restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The property is gated, and parking passes are required for each vehicle. We were told that only 2 parking passes would be given, as parking was managed by the condo association, however, we had no issue obtaining 4 passes. Just had to pay for each one. Plenty of parking available especially on the higher levels of the parking deck. It was nice to be able to park on the same level as the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The only issue with the kitchen we had was with the dishwasher. It did not dissolve the dishwasher pod completely on a full cycle. Other feedback/suggestion, would be to leave a few light bulbs in the unit as there was one out in the orange bedroom bath. Also, one over the dining room table was out. One went out while we were there in the front bedroom bathroom. Might also want to check the light switch in the front bathroom for a short as it sometimes didn’t want to engage. Also, other feedback, is there is a carpet tack going from the kitchen into the living room that if you’re barefoot it will bite you. Had one toe that required a band-aid. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The accommodations were awesome. Great location

Nice but needing some updating
The size of the condo was good for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The property wasn’t as clean as I would have liked/am accustomed to. Lots of lightbulbs that are needing replaced. Holes in the wall that need patched. The TV in one of the guest rooms we couldn’t get to work. The patio furniture desperately needs replaced. The beds are adequate but not ideal. There needs to be more dresser space in the two guest rooms and in one of the guest rooms the only dresser was broken. The pools were pretty dirty at times. Overall we had a good visit. The place just needs some updating

Wonderful week on Orange Beach
This was our first time to the Gulf Shores and loved our stay. The condo was exactly as described. We loved the decore and layout of the property. Being able to park on our floor with shopping carts available to bring in this was tremendously helpful! The property had many amenities however we just enjoyed the beach and the lazy river.

We had a wonderful time at Phoenix West 2! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The indoor & outdoor pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tubs (1st floor and in the fitness center), were also great. Beautiful white sandy beach and views from our balcony! Great location and close to lots of amazing restaurants!

This condo was very clean and had mostly everything we needed. It was clean and very pretty. A couple of small things to note. The table on the balcony is so uneven it is unusable. (due to rusting on the legs) Also, it was a bit disappointing that not one of the three bedrooms has an ocean view. One last and very small thing, a Kurig coffee maker would have been great.

Not the Phoenix for us
Unit was fine, with the exception of the TV not working in the master bedroom. On day 1, we came back from the beach to our door wide open and a man in the master looking at the tv. We didn’t know anyone would be coming to look at the tv, as we hadn’t yet identified it didn’t work; the previous party must’ve reported the week prior to our visit. The man said he would return with a new TV; no one ever returned. We encountered 3 individuals sleeping on the floor in the hallway outside our rooms. This was about 5 am. Made me question the safety of this Phoenix. Elevators are a disaster; one was not working the entire week and the long lines to get up to your room after a day at the beach were ridiculous. Our issues, aside from the tv, were Phoenix related, not so much the condo we rented. However those issue do impact your stay. We won’t stay at this Phoenix again.
