Tämä hiljattain uusittu 4 makuuhuoneen, 4 kylpyhuoneen Gulf-front-yksikkö on noin 2 500 neliömetriä, ja siinä on valtava päällystetty parveke, josta pääsee olohuoneesta sekä kaikista makuuhuoneista. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on poreallas, suuri suihkukaappi, jossa on kaksi suihkuosaa ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, ja neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja oma kylpyhuone. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio. Tässä laitteessa on kaikki uudet laattalattiat kaikkialla, 75 tuuman Smart TV, DVD-soitin ja Sonos Bluetooth -äänijärjestelmä. Langaton internetyhteys on saatavilla sekä täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, iso saari, baari, baarikeittiö jääpalakoneella, täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä 2 erillistä sänkyä, joissa on 12 vierasta.

Phoenix West II tarjoaa upeat Gulf-front-näkymät ja upeat mukavuudet. Voit vapaasti rentoutua laiska-joen loistavilla vesillä, kun taas pienet nauttivat kiertävästä vesiliukumäestä. Our stay was great. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony was spacious. It was the ideal place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. I’d definitely recommend this place- and I’d definitely go back. One drawback- my vacation didn’t last long enough :(

Feels like home
This property is absolutely gorgeous - well decorated with sophistication - with the best views! The unit was clean, roomie and had most everything you would need while on vacation. Really felt like home away from home. We had several issues while we were there but feel like most of that was not reflective of the unit or owner but more the property manager. We got stuck in an elevator for an hour (stuff happens), ice maker was replaced in the unit and we weren’t notified/aware. Some other little things that could be improved but overall we would stay again and recommend the property and this unit for your next beach vacation!

Perfect Condo **Amazing Views**
This was our first time staying at this facility. Everything was amazing!! We had 10 people and had tons of room for everyone. We will be staying here again! The only 2 issues we had were the unit could use a tankless water heater (cold showers were no fun) and we had to unplug the dryer 1 time because it stopped working but once my son plugged it back in it was good to go. The balcony is great!! I would recommend this to anyone!!

We loved our stay. The room was beautiful and had plenty of room for 11 of us. We spent most of our time at the beach and the outdoor pools- amazing. Prompt response with any issues. The elevators here are very slow especially during check in/out turns- so plan accordingly.

Room was super nice and check in was easy. The only complaint is the beds are super hard. We had several with back aches and neck aches from the mattress and the pillows..Alsom in the shower wouldnt be a bad idea to put a bar or something in the shower for the older people to have something to hold on to to keep from falling. Other than that everything else was great.

Wonderful Condo, horrible elevators
The condo itself was stunning, spacious, spotless. The balcony was large & gave amazing views. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need, great applicants. We came in the busy season of July though, and the elevator situation was unreal. Being on the 29th floor, taking the stairs is not always ideal. We easily waited 30 minutes for an elevator at busy times (morning, evening around dinner). It was truly so bad I really don’t think I will ever book at this Phoenix again. Purhaps it isn’t as bad in other months, but everyone in the building agreed. Talking to other guests riding the elevators (you’ll likely stop at every floor trying to get where you want) others said it took them 2 hours to get to their condo when checking in. This is nothing the condo owners can control, but it truly is so frustrating that every other thing about this condo is wonderful expect for the elevators. Our toddler loved the splash pad & lazy river, and all the amenities were spotless. For the amount of people in this condo (thousands) there are only 6 eleveators.

Gorgeous Views
Overall gorgeous views, nice property and our family enjoyed our stay. Plan to buy coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc. Noticed wear, stains and some broken glass but we were all adults so not that big of a deal. We would stay here again. Thankfully the crane had moved (made aware right before our date of stay).

Family Vacation
We visited with 7 adults and 2 infants. This property had plenty of space for everyone and had all the amenities we wanted. The fitness center is well equipped and we enjoyed the lazy river. The furnishings in the unit are not in the best shape with many stains and general wear from being a rental. We had one maintenance issue during our stay and found the DirectTV to be unusable. The maintenance issue quickly resolved by the management company.

Memory making visit!
This was by far the best vacation we’ve taken! The condo was more than accommodating! We had 4 adults and 4 children total. We hosted dinner a few times with family that were visiting at the same complex. More than enough room for 3 more adults and 4 more kids to have dinner and sit on the balcony and enjoy the view on the excellent patio furniture! The ONLY thing we would have changed was the master bed was not on slats. It was on the box springs on the floor. Luckily my husband and I are still pretty spry. :-) no other issues though! Will 100% book this unit again!

We absolutely loved our condo 2911 at the Phoenix West II. The only complaint we have is the elevator wait times. At times we had to wait 30 minutes on an elevator. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! The kids loved the pool, slide, and lazy river!!

The condo was dirty, the floor wasnt swept- We found multiple old items under the bed from previous renter(s), including a cookie, 2 dirty shirts, and one old stained sock. Liquid life was HORRIBLE to communicate with. Any time we needed to contact them we had to stay on wait for approximately 30 mins. We didnt receive the access code after we were sent a text saying our room was ready causing us to have to contact them again!. I will make a large effort to NEVER deal with liquid life. Im surprised VRBO would do business with this inconvenient company.
