This luxury two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the twelfth floor at The Broadmoor in Orange Beach is soon to be your rental of choice. This two bedroom condo is about a half mile to the Flora-Bama and conveniently located on the beach.
Walk in and the kitchen is on your right. It is fully equipped for cooking or baking during your stay. There is a dining area with plenty of seating for your entire group. The room opens up with a wet bar, living area, and balcony access. The living area has a flatscreen television, free WiFi, and a sleeper sofa. The balcony overlooks the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll have access to a shared pool and hot tub! Beach access is on the east side of the building.
After you walk-in, to the left is a hallway. If you take a left from the hall, you will have the washer & dryer on your left and a full-size bathroom on your right with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen television.
If you take a right down the hall, you will see the master bedroom suite. There are a walk-in shower, separate garden tub and dual sinks in the master bathroom. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and balcony access.
Enjoy the views from the master bedroom or living area! Come and enjoy the white, sandy beaches or the onsite amenities during your stay at Broadmoor.
Things to Know
There is ongoing construction in the parking garage and it will be closed until January 15th 2024. This closure will create some logistical issues related to parking availability, parking fees and entry into the building. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis with any second vehicles or visitors vehicles needing to park off site while visiting the Broadmoor. There are approximately 22 single parking spaces surrounding the Broadmoor not included in this closure. If you have paid a parking fee in the month of December, that fee will be refunded in conciliation for the inconvenience. Entry to elevators will be indicated on the first floor near the business office. If you have special needs such as handicapped parking, please notify Vacasa and we will alert the Broadmoor and request special instructions. There will be some noise and vibration associated with this project while they work on the parking garage. Unfortunately this is a byproduct of the improvements being made by the Broadmoor, and there is no way around this temporary inconvenience.
Estimated date for pool and hot tub opening is in May, weather permitting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
