Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.
The views are amazing from this 10th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom, a 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 70'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $25, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $200, 62-91 nights is $300 and 92+ nights is $400. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
