This was the most terrible experience for us, we rented the condo for over $800, we got there we had the wrong instructions first of all. We got there our Internet wasn’t working, air wasn’t working right. I contacted VACASA, you couldn’t talk to a person, it was in text message. She was trying to tell me to unplug tv, hunt a router. My daughter finally found the router, it was in shape of a circle behind couch glowing. She had to open it up, start it. No person probably couldn’t have figured it out. She finally got the internet working so my grandchildren could watch tv and we would have internet access. Meanwhile this text message kept apologizing and finally gave me a number. I called the number, after holding I finally got a foreign person on the phone, not helpful at all, she kept saying she would create a ticket and someone would come tomorrow. Meanwhile, we burnt up, there were no instructions how to operate the air. There was no blow dryer, as stated, my daughter didn’t have a blow dryer. The message kept saying we will bring one tomorrow, that never happened. So, finally when we went to relax at the OASIS, they wanted to send a air person Wednesday, they wanted us to wait on him for hours. So, I was trying to relax and go on the LAZY RIVER, and this message person kept messaging me. I told her for the air guy to come pick up the key, he did and fixed the air.Please do not ever stay here, it is terrible, no communication. Terrible stay. -100000000 rating.
