Nice place. Fun entertainment area.
Overall good. Complaints: very little pots and pans and need to be upgraded. The grill was filthy and did not work. Patio couch in bad shape. No hair dryer. Positives: good comfortable size. Ice maker is great. Pool is great. Loved being in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Inside condo was very clean. Washer and dryer big bonus.

I sent an email to VRBO with the complaints and expected substantial compensation
The condo had a leak under the sink upon arrival. The microwave was not secured to the wall and was dangerous. The front door bottom panel pulled away from the door when opened. It was not ready to. E rented!! The baseboards were filthy. The toilet seat was very loose. There was nothing available like, scissors, pens, paper. Only small samples of detergent etc. nothing like I was use to! Then the texts to schedule the maintenance visits was certainly taking too much of our time for the repairs. This condo clearly was not ready for renters! The person I had to deal with “Meg” needs a different job. Not sympathetic in any manner!!! It has made The Wharf not a place I will return. I would like a substantial refund due to the distress we encountered which should have not been this way. I want the owner to be aware of how their condo was prepared for us and not what we expected. Very sad.

We enjoyed our stay but the key in the lock box was hard to unlock door. A keypad on the door would have been easier. Also the micro wave did not work. Other than that everything was fine.

Good stay
Overall the place was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. Bed was actually comfortable which is a plus for us. There was a few blemishes with the place. But nothing to really complain about. Was nice to be right there with shops and restaurants. The oasis pool was pretty cool as well.

anniversary night in a construction site
the property would have been nice if the unit we were rented wasn't still under renovations. The check in was difficult and once inside the unit you realize it is still under going renovations. pictures that are suppose to be on the walls are all over the unit with big ones blocking the view of the harbor. when you try to contact the person that is going to help you, you cant even get a call back. there was so much wrong in the unit-refrigerator plug was laying on the counter with the water line also, louvered door to laundry hanging looking like it is about to fall, construction material on the side of the master bathtub, TV did not work because cable connection was hanging out of the wall,ect- when the contact person says she the refigerator may not be cold yet because it was just pluged in that afernoon it is apparent she has no idea what she is talking about. If this unit was cleaned to covid standards that they claim the cleaning people would have made magement aware to the defects of the unit. I could not find another place to stay that night but we left early the next morning. If this is how yall treat customers then I will let them know on travelocity, facebook and any other social media I can. I aked for a full refund and have not received a reply yet. I sure hope they realize there lack of caring and judgement and make it right.I have pictures of all that I am claiming and they can go on social media also. I have used VRBO in the past and I hope you would have some input in correcting the lack of personal feeling this magement company has. Thanks Matt Lutenbacher
