Nuorena poikana molemmat isovanhempani omistavat järven taloja, yhden Pohjois-Carolinassa ja yhden Virginiassa. Jotkut elämäni parhaimmista ajoista olivat järvellä perheeni kanssa; monni- ja bassokalastus, uinti, veneily, hot dogien ja smoreiden keittäminen, vesimelonin syöminen jne.

Olemme menneet Anna-järvelle yli 40 vuotta ja meillä on ollut tämä kiinteistö Anna-järvellä yli 10 vuotta. Meillä on ollut monia erityisiä aikoja, jotka ovat tehneet erityisiä muistoja ja tarjoavat sinulle mahdollisuuden nauttia talomme ja tehdä myös erityisiä muistoja. Ole hyvä ja tule nauttimaan rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta ja jaa perheesi kanssa upea perheaika, jonka tiedämme olevan.

Tämä upouusi täysin kalustettu, 4700 jalkaa 2, 5 makuuhuonetta, 2 vuodesohvaa, 3 kylpyhuonetta on saatavana ympäri vuoden (suunnitelmat yhteensä 7 makuuhuonetta 4 kylpyä vuonna 2021). Se sijaitsee Anna-järvellä Annan järven julkisen puolella NW-sormella, lähellä reittiä 522. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä Tim'sista Anna-järvellä, Lake Anna Tap -talossa, Lake Anna -viinitilalla ja Cooling Pond -panimolla. Lisäksi olemme muutaman minuutin matkan päässä vedestä Anna Sandbar -järvelle, jossa voit pelata lentopalloa ja nauttia hyvistä ajoista perheen kanssa.

Kodissa on kaunis tilava olohuone, tulisija (takalla) ja iso avoin keittiö ja ruokailutila, jotka kaikki näyttävät läpi kahden liukuvan lasioven ja silmäluomen ikkunan suuren kannen yli veteen ja tuhat neliöjalkaa sijaitsevan telakan alla.

Yksi ylimääräinen olohuone / leikkihuone on varustettu Dish Network TV / DVR -laitteella, jossa on 65 ': N PYÖRÄNNÄYTTÖ iso peli, jossa biljardipöytä, ilmakiekko pöytä ja pingispöytä kyseiselle perhekilpailulle. Kolme makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat pääkerroksessa, jolloin sisäänpääsy on helppoa lapsille tai eläkeläisille.

Suuri ajotie tarjoaa paljon käteviä pysäköintipaikkoja. Uloskäynti kellarissa on kaksi erillistä kylpyamme / king- ja queen-vuodetta sekä TV w / Xbox / DVD-levyllä. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, josta on uloskäynti parvekkeelta ja valtava Master Bath, suihku ja amme, lasten leikkialue, TV / DVD / Xbox, queen-vuode ja 2 yhden hengen kerrossänkyä.

Äskettäin lisätty vuodelle 2020 - Upouusi keittiö, kaksi kaksinkertaista jääkaappia (toinen jääkaappi kellarissa), uusi astianpesukone, uusi kaksinkertainen valtava pesuallas, lisätyötila, uusi ruokakomerohyllyjärjestelmä, uusi alue ja mikroaaltouuni !!!! Valmiina rock and roll kesälle 2020 !!!

Tässä tilavassa talossa on paljon kansia ja runsaasti valoa, ja kauniit kypsät puut tarjoavat runsaasti varjoa ja aurinkoa. Takapiha johtaa mukavaan 142-jalkaiseen rantapaikkaan, yksityiseen laituriin ja yksityiseen veneen RAMPiin HOAssa.

Kesällä vuokrat ovat saatavissa koko viikon ajanjaksoiksi vain sesongin aikana (muistopäivä työvoimapäivään). Kauden ulkopuolella vuokrat ovat saatavilla vähintään 2 yötä.

Sisältää: hiiligrilli, biljardipöytä, ilmakiekkopöytä, pingispöytä, suora TV, pääsy verkkoon, veneen käynnistys, yksityinen laituri jne.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Hunters Landing. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pelihalli/-huone. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Thanksgiving Trip
We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We would return. Couple of small matters of critique: some electronics are outdated. There were satellite tv receivers, but no satellite tv (or at the very least, no instructions on how to use them). Many of the doors are "creaky" and some are hard to close and lock. Overall, a very nice house at a great location.

Reunion 2024
Farmers Landing on Lake Anna was a perfect setting for our reunion with family and friends. The accommodations were excellent and communication with owner, Mark, was seamless. The property manager, Kim, was very friendly. Definitely a 5 star stay and we hope to do it again in the future.

Quiet neighborhood, amazing views
We had a group ranging in age from 6 to 80. Everyone had an amazing time. The kids loved the air hockey and shuffle board in the basement, and everyone loved the fishing and kayaks.

Vacation from WV to Farmers Landing
The property was a great size for our group. We definitely liked the three levels that gave everyone their own space. Overall the property was in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked. If you are going to cook bring your own spices. There were a some available. The dock was a great size but needed some spraying of the weeds and small trees around the steps to the dock and in the back area of the dock . The lawn company said they would be back but we didn't see them. After they take care of the overgrown areas it will definitely be better. Please make sure you bag your garbage , prior renters left loose garbage in the can. We got the linen package. There were plenty of bath towels to use and sheets. There was plenty of toilet paper, tissues and hand soap to get you started, we did purchase some and left what we didn't use. Plenty of space to park . The outdoor space under the deck was great, plenty of tables and chairs. We enjoyed our time there. We definitely would rent again.

Nice house for large family
This is a beautiful well equipped house with lots of bedroom space for a large family. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and some of the kids enjoyed swimming, but the lake is very shallow with a muddy bottom in this part of the lake, so most of us preferred swimming at the state park 17 minutes away.

Memorial Day Weekend Family Fun
What a fantastic property! Plenty of room and fun for the family! Room to gather but areas to go for quiet. Private dock to swim and enjoy the water. We were located toward an end so there was not a lot of water traffic…bonus! Owner was very responsive to questions. There is no hot tub and the lower fire pit was unusable but did not affect our stay at all! Plenty of towels (if you pay for linens). Plenty of utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There is plenty of anything you may need! Awesome place and fantastic stay!

pleasant stay
We had a very pleasant stay at Farmer's Landing for a family reunion over the holiday. Lots of space and lots of beds. Well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meals. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoing on Lake Anna and the kids enjoyed the game room. Great spot for a multi-family gathering.

This property was perfect for our stay and accommodated our large group. Only complaints we had as a whole was the outside, there were so many spider webs, etc. Everywhere we sit we had to clean them off and i know thats not something that can always be helped which is why i still rated this property as good!

Great house for large groups
This is my second time staying at this property and once again enjoyed it. We had a group of 8 adults and 8 children. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Mark is a fanatic host, quick to respond to any questions. I heard all the beds were comfortable. If I had one suggestion it would be to have an empty cabinet in the kitchen for groceries, but with that being the only improvement. Great house!

Amazing Stay
I couldn’t have had a better experience at the Farmer’s Landing. Mark was a wonderful host, and communicated often. I hosted my bachelorette party here and had a mix of family and friends of all ages. We had a blast. Highly recommend for large groups of families and friends looking to hang out, play games, and enjoy company. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone, everyone was comfortable.

We had a great time at the Farmers Landing. Plenty of spaces to spread out with 3 floors of living space and bedrooms. Everything was very well-kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you would need to cook. Beautiful deck overlooking the water. Plenty of space to tie up our boat and waverunners. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at Lake Anna!

Definitely coming back!
Our extended family has been vacationing together off and on since 1998 at the beach and lake and we have stayed at many properties. This is by far one of our favorite homes for so many reasons. Waterfront access was important to us. We did not rent a boat but there is a slip to keep one if you do so. The house was very clean, we opted to have sheets and towels as part of our package to cut down on packing. Everything was clean and in good shape. It was THE BEST stocked kitchen by far! We weren't missing anything, and we cooked every day for 12 people. Our weather didn't cooperate, and we were in the house for 3 of our days but there is plenty of room to spread out, work puzzles, play games and enjoy the basement game tables. We had several questions throughout the week and the owner was very responsive to messages. If you are considering renting, go for it! One recommendation for the lake is to bring water shoes or waterproof sandals to wear in the water. Due to lack of rain, the water was a little shallow and, in some spots, close to the dock you could touch bottom. We also brought our own crockpots for meals so we could be at the lake and that was helpful! You will enjoy your stay!

Great house for family gatherings
Large, modern, well-equipped house directly on lake with beautiful views. There was plenty of room for all of us (8 adults, 7 kids) and the teenagers loved the game room. The newly renovated upstairs was a particular highlight and a great place for late night board games. Our stay was in late December and the winter light on the lake was lovely and memorable. Would stay again for sure.
