Huvila 'Suzanna' Orient Bayssä

Huvila Suzanna kunnostettiin kokonaan vuonna 2018. Se sijaitsee 100 metrin päässä Orient Baystä.
Sitä kutsutaan usein ”Saint-Tropez des caraibes”, se on myös Saint-Martinin kaunein ranta.
Olet kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, kaupoista ja ravintoloista.
Vesi yksityisessä uima-altaassa vaihtelee 28-34 astetta ympäri vuoden.
Kiinteistö ei ole vierekkäin eikä sillä ole vastakkaisia niille, jotka haluavat tehdä naturismin.
Kaikki huoneet ovat ilmastoituja.
Lisäksi voit nauttia täysin suuresta, 250 m²: n tiikkiterassista. Ymmärrät myös kookospalmujen ja bougainvillea-kukkien läsnäolon, jotka antavat todellisen tyypillisen ja eksoottisen viehätysvoiman!

Excellent Villa!
The photos don't do this place justice. The private deck is expansive. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The only difficulty we had was finding the villa. It cannot be found by the address. You will need to familiarize with the maps that are provided.

Awesome Villa!
We had a great time in St Maarten and loved Villa Suzanna. The location is perfect, the house is setup perfectly with everything you need, and the pool is super private! Highly recommend this as a place to stay. The hosts were amazing, very easy to contact, and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. A+++

Wrong address of property
We were given three different addresses to the property. Day before arrival was given two addresses. I questioned addresses and was given a final address that was incorrect. Upon arrival, discovered the final address given was incorrect as no lock box on door. We tried the other address the day before and found the key lockbox and the code given worked. We assumed this was the correct house. Tried to contact local property manager to confirm but got no response. She showed up at house the next day. She was French with poor English skills. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Perfect house and location for a beach vacation
My husband and I just spent a week in Villa Suzanna. The house had it all and our host was always available for anything we needed. The location was a quick walk from many excellent restaurants and Orient Beach. We loved our private pool and outside area. We look forward to returning.

Couldn’t Be Happier!
There were 6 of us including two 18 year olds and the proximity of this house to the beach and village allowed for the freedom to come and go with ease. The pool and huge private deck were as advertised and we used it daily. The house was clean and had everything we needed. No issues at all. Felt safe at all times. The hosts were extremely quick in responding. We’ve stayed all over the island and this villa is definitely a repeat for us!

perfect location
This was a perfect location - walking distance to grocery, beach and great restaurants. Clean and we enjoyed the USB speaker, outdoor plants and pool. A little difficult to find at first and make sure you have a photo of the instructions/door code - don't rely on wifi before you are in the house and signed in. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Great Stay in Orient Bay
We had a great time at this villa and have no complaints. The villa is spacious, clean, and located within walking distance of great restaurants. We had good communication with the property manager and had no problems checking in or out.

Amazing!
There were 4 of us, 2 couples, and the villa was perfect! The location was SO close to town and the beach, just a short walk. We had a fabulous time, loved the palm, pool, and Vic! It was our second time to Orient Bay as we enjoyed the area. Our third trip, we hope to stay at this villa!!

Very nice location
We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very easy to walk to multiple restaurants and the downtown for groceries etc. We found the villa to be nice and clean overall. The amenities were good but usually better in this caliber of place. The appliances in the kitchen weren’t great, and the pillows and towels were lacking. There were no available pool towels (or beach towels). There was only hand soap in one bath and no shampoo etc at all. One day the water simply did not work and we were not able to shower or clean dishes/cook for half the day. When we reached out to Philippe we were told the water cistern didn’t have water and there was nothing he could do. The pool was great and outdoor shower was simple but functional. I wish there was an extra lock on the main slider to the pool as our toddler could easily open this door so we had to be extra diligent about keeping an eye on him with the pool outside, even when this door was shut fully. The beach nearby is fantastic. Beware of pickpocketing or leaving items on the beach as you swim as we had a rough experience with this. Restaurants nearby are lovely. Overall a good experience and great place. these little touches would be helpful.

Orient Bay Villa
We have been coming to St Martin for 35 years and recently became interested in this Villa. It's proximity to Orient Beach is fabulous and you have a lot of room to spread out. Check in and check out were contactless which makes everything easier. Philippe was very responsive to our requests and quickly gave us rental car and airport transportation recommendations. Highly recommend this property.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und doch zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Wenn man allerdings mit mehreren Personen reist, sollte man wissen, dass eins der beiden Bäder nur über ein Schlafzimmer betretbar ist. Dies hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Restaurants und Bars, sowie kleine Supermärkte und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Philippe hat uns freundlich empfangen und stand für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Auch die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt des Grundstücks haben zum Gelingen des tollen Urlaubs beigetragen :)

We had an amazing time, the villa was perfect and close (few minutes walk) to restaurants, stores, beach..ect. We really enjoyed the pool and lounging on the deck which is very spacious. We also love the resident cat which we named Penelope. Highly recommend this place.

Family Christmas Vacation
The property exceeded my family’s expectations. Everyone loved the Villa. It was clean and spacious. We loved the pool, and resident cat. It is so closed to the beach and some great restaurants. We loved our time here. Phillipe (host) was very helpful.

Absolutely Perfect
This house was amazing, very private and serene. It’s just a 3 minute walk from the beach and on the way you walk past some of the best restaurants on the island. (Yellow Sub has the best drinks around!) We had everything we could’ve possibly needed and any time I had any questions Phillipe was very quick to respond. I’ve never had such a good renting experience, we will definitely be back!

On site manager checked us in and showed us around the home. Everything as it should be. Pool, A/C in bedrooms, King bed, general supplies like detergent for us. Pool was perfect. Walking distance to Orient beach (don't think you can get closer). Yellow Sub restaurant for meals, grocery store right there also. Highly recommend.
