Perfect for a get away
14 ladies for 60th birthday weekend was awesome. How was perfect with so many rooms and bathrooms. Close to Disney springs and Gaylord resort which was our reason to be there. There are a few certain “rules and guidelines” that seemed a bit much. But they wouldn’t keep us from booking an again. One major issue was the lack of essentials. Had we known we would have brought them with us. With a house that sleeps 14…extra toilet paper was needed. Paper towels too and two garbage bags was laughable. No coffee filters for coffee maker. A 3 oz side of dish soap and one dishwasher tablet was frankly cheap. Just had we known we would have been prepared and brought a supply. Would happily recommend to anyone. Great house and location.

Decent place to stay, but
The house was spacious, and the location was nice. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the light fixtures and base boards were very dusty and the carpet in need of a good cleaning. It was not well stocked. No hot pads or kitchen towels. A single dishwasher packet....and the only toilet paper was the half-empty rolls on the dispensers. There wasn't a single spare roll. Stocking the place just a little bit better would make a big difference. This seems like a simple, inexpensive fix that would make people's stay more enjoyable. We were only there three days and I had to buy all these things.

Gift for family
This was a gift to my adult kids and their partners for Christmas. They said it was beautiful and they really enjoyed it. The only thing that would have been better was if I had ordered the heater for the pool but that is on me and nothing to do with the owner! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for them to spend special time with each other!

Beautiful big house just wish it was cleaner
Second time renting a VRBO to go to Disney and the size of the house is great. Everyone had their own bedroom which was so nice after a long day in the park instead of cramming into a hotel room. The pool at the house was also really nice that we all enjoyed. The club pool was nice although we had to wait until the water slide man came before they were opened. My only complaint is the house is not cleaned besides the basics. The base boards looked to never have been wiped and several surfaces such as a doors, walls and cabinets needed a wipe. Some bedrooms had spills behind the nightstands that really if anyone had looked would have seen and could be cleaned. Lastly and most grossly was the (hate to use this word) boogers smeared next to one bed that I cleaned so that my daughter wasn’t sleeping next to them. The location was very nice and it took about twenty minutes or less to get to the parks. Overall, it is what it is. I just hate having paid a hefty cleaning fee for a place that is not cleaned as it should be.

Family vacation
We have booked through VRBO many times over the past 5 years and have always had a good experience. This was the first time we’ve booked and the property was managed by a third party (Deconova). I am rating it a 3 out of 5 for the following reasons. Communication was poor. I emailed with a question the day we booked and never heard back from anyone. After getting our booking confirmation email and reading the fine print I noticed they charged $45 per day to heat the pool and you have to contact them 24hrs in advance to turn the heat on. In my opinion if the house homes with a pool it should be heated without an extra charge. They require you to pay in advance via PayPal which I thought was odd? Also, if you choose to use the grill they charge another $50. Again, I called customer service about the pool heat I didn’t get an answer and had to call back 3 times before I got someone. We had some issues with the garbage disposal not working and sink not draining and again it was difficult to get ahold of someone. Overall the house is beautiful with a lot of room. We had 13 of us in our group and there was enough beds/bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Good location, easy walking distance to the pool and lazy River. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Plan on making a Target stop before checking in. There isn’t much for basics necessities. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 extra kitchen garbage bag, 1 tiny bottle of dish soap, no kitchen dishcloth or towel, no dishwasher soap, no Kleenex, no salt and pepper or any condiments in the kitchen, no baking pans, 1 9x9 glass pan. Great kitchen but difficult to cook without the basics. In the future we plan to only book through owners directly vs. 3rd party

Loved the area, nice to have a club house near by.
The house is nice, easy to have a lot of guests. Quiet. Carpeting needs cleaning, very dusty on light fixtures, window blinds, behind bathroom doors floors not cleaned. The grill was rusty and it in not working condition, made a call to the management and they replaced it the next day with a new one.

This property was amazing, it's listing is accurate and everything we needed. I absolutely loved the layout. Close to stores and restaurants. Perfect location for us. I definitely would rent this property again when I go to the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

Nice, but no extras
This property was nice but in need of a deep clean. The trim was very dusty in some bathrooms and other areas. Also, I paid more for a house (as opposed to hotel room) to have a kitchen, but it’s almost there for show. No pot holders, no knives aside from butter knives, no cleaning supplies, no storage containers, no seasonings, 1 cookie sheet, 1 tiny dish towel. It’s setup as if they’re not actually expecting you to use the kitchen to cook. Additionally, most home rentals I’ve been in have “extras” like board games, books, pool toys, etc. and this house is bare. Otherwise, it’s nice and looks like the pictures. Downstairs has plenty of room for the family and the pool area is nice. The resort was a disappointment and closed nearly everyday we were there for threat of lightning. That and the houses are so close together that we were kept up at night by others parting nearby. If you’re planning to just be there to sleep, it’s great. Really liked having 4 full baths upstairs including 2 en suites.

Stayed with 5 adults and 4 teenagers and there was lots of room for everyone. Nicely decorated and perfect location for Disney and Universal. Definitely needs a deep cleaning, the kitchen floor was dirty on arrival and dusting has been neglected for some time. Not enough toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc. We would have liked more cleaning supplies and a dish towel. Bring your own laundry soap, coffee filters, coffee, kleenex, toilet paper. We would stay here again I think.

Large house
The house was great for our large extended family. We felt like we had plenty of space to spread out. All the basics were provided and great location. The only thing I noticed was it didn’t seem like detail was put into the cleaning (corners, baseboards, etc.). Otherwise a great place to stay.

Great location bad hospitality
We checked in and the process to check in was terrible. The manager for the property did not give the correct information. The code for the gate never worked. The house was nice and clean. There is a $50 charge to use the grill which I think is ridiculous. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we stayed a whole week. We called and asked for more and the response was basically “oh well that’s all we get.” No salt no pepper. No coffee no coffee filters. There were only 3 small trash bags for our whole trip. I shouldn’t have to go buy trash bags for my vacation. They expected us to clean the entire house but left no cleaning supplies. Had to clean a stove of bacon grease with water and a napkin. No hospitality. The “hot” tub was only hot if you paid an additional $25. The pool and lazy river were really nice but since they have their own bar there you are not able to bring outside drinks which was a bummer.

Family Florida Vacation
Pros: Large home with tons of space. Hard to believe that it was as big as it was from the outside. Did not have the pool heated for our visit as the daily temp hit 94 degrees. Spent lots of time in the pool after the hitting Disney and Universal Studios. The location to Disney and Universal was great. We had one rental car but used Uber and Lyft daily. Also a Publix and Wal-Mart are only a mile away. Did not use the clubhouse as we were to busy at parks for the week. While driving out the gate the clubhouse and the pool areas were being heavily used. Even though the neighborhood was packed for our stay very quiet except while in the pool. Cons: Does need a small book produced explaining the that you leave out the trash daily at the curb. Also, no pot holders or dish towels. Does need a deep cleaning. The furniture is starting to show the wear and tear. We play pool in the garage but even with the small table very little room. Overall: Would rent from again. Good value for the money and this was the first time in over three years that our whole family was together.

Great place to stay for a conference
My colleagues and I had plenty of space, had our own bathrooms, and enjoyed the property. It was close to everywhere we needed to be, and was conducive for inexpensive uber rides. We would stay here again!

Plenty of space for family
If I could give 4.5 I would. House was in good condition, only one room showed some wear and damage from prior guests. Our main issue was with the pool which was a huge booking point for us. We communicated a few times before trip ensuring it would be ready and heated for us, limited response back from host. Upon arrival the pool was hotter than a bath tub and had clearly just had large amounts of chemicals poured in, along with a hose refilling it. The subsequent days, the pool just declined in temp and was never heated again. We were only there for 3 nights and never got an invoice for the heating so we aren't sure what happened and it wasn't worth trying to track someone down to resolve for our short stay. Still a great house for large/extended families
