The space in the unit will remain the same and will still be able to accommodate 8 people, but there will not be any doors on the bedroom that currently has 2 twin beds in it. == ABOUT THE PROPERTY ==


This condo is conveniently on the 1st floor and is located in Vista Cay Resort! The unit is fully furnished and fully equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies you would need while on vacation. ONLY 2 miles to I-Drive with restaurants, the Orange County Convention Center, Sea World, Universal Studios and Outlets right down the street.

Bedroom 2- queen bedroom with attached full bathroom (access to bathroom through bedroom and kitchen)

Sleeper sofa located in the living room which allows this unit to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people!


All bedrooms have cable TV, and the living room TV is a smart TV with cable.


WiFi and Cable are included. In house wash and dryer for added convenience.


Plenty of free parking within the gated resort. Pack n play available in unit.


Renting this unit also grants you access to the clubhouse which has a resort style pool, fitness center, game room, concierge, 24 hour front desk, and business center. The property is only 0.2 mile to the resort amenities!

Great Complex
Unit was great. It had everything we needed I just would have loved for the bed to have a mattress pad but that is such a small thing. Unit was so bright a spacious it was the perfect fit for all three generations.

L'endroit est calme et sécuritaire.Tout était fonctionnel à l'intérieur du condo. Le seul soucis que nous avons eu, c'est un manque de papier hygiénnique. Un seul est fourni pour chacune des salles de bain pour tout le séjour. Nous devions marcher environ 20 minutes pour se rendre à pied au marché d'alimentation PUBLIX.Avec le taxi UBER, nous avions facilement accès aux endroits que nous voulions visiter. Il n'y a pas de services de navettes pour les parc thématiques de Walt Disney.

Conference stay
Property was great location for a conference at the occc. Communication with the host was always helpful and prompt. Our only fault with the apartment was the state of the carpets but maybe that is to be expected. Tiles throughout would have made our stay perfect

From Oregon to COGOP Assembly
We Reserved This condo for 5 days, as we attended our Church Assembly held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center A couple of streets away. Did not know what to expect since we traveled from the Beautiful State of Oregon (across the country) Thanks to the great communication with Host We were able to plan ahead to have everything we needed for our 5 days stay. They even provided extra linen and towels. House was Clean well stocked Kitchen, Comfy beds and overall beautiful. There was plenty of parking, Great Pool and amenities, loved our night walks around complex felt safe. Lord willing will be back for next Assembly

Nice place with lots of space
For the most part, this place was very nice. Very spacious for our family of 5 with plenty of sleeping space and privacy for our teen. Clean and convenient to Universal which was the purpose of our trip. The only thing we didn’t care for was that there were no mattress protectors or covers on the mattresses which is a personal preference for us. Also, we knew there was a coffee maker but we didn’t know we needed to bring our own coffee filters and we ended up needing way more paper products for our family than what was provided. Other than those very minor things we really enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice Condo for convention center or parks
I've stayed at Vista Cay several times for trade shows at the convention center and Park visits with family. This condo was exceptionally nice with 3 BR on one floor. no stairs to climb! It was clean, very convenient location, and comfortable. Publix next door and good restaurants very close by. I absolutely recommend staying here and will book again on my next Orlando area visit.

Great family condo!
We had a fantastic stay at this Vista Cay condo. It was clean and the property amenities are wonderful - amazing pool! The only negative was that the front door banged loudly every time someone went out the main building doors. It sounded like someone was trying to get in. If that door can get fixed, this is literally the perfect vacation stay!

Nice Place - Great Location
Nice Place. Only item that needed attention was the refrigerator. The panel on the freezer was loose and the ice maker was not hooked up. Great location for us going to the PGA Show at the Convention center.

Property was nice. Location was great. Easy to drive to universal. I wouldn’t say the kitchen is fully furnished. It has the basic utensils. A roll of paper towels and one roll of tp per bathroom. We ended up buying some and also had to buy trash bags as there was only two given for the week. Also bought salt,pepper and coffee filters along with the rest of what we needed for the week. Had to wash most of the cups before we could use them as they were all greasy. Also had to wash both the frying pans because they were not clean. Covered in grease. I can only assume that whoever used the dishwasher ran out of pods as they only give two of them also. We did buy some. As far as the actual condo, it was very nice and cozy. The pool was awesome and the staff very friendly.

The place is awesome. Plenty of space and great location. My wife, two 15 yr old boys and myself had a great vacation. We stayed the first night at Dockside in the 2 bedroom suite. The remainder of our nights were spent here. For the same price you get so much more space with the condo. And you are only a 10 minute drive at most to Universal. Complaints from previous reviews were taken to heart and it paid off. Appliances kinda work. Frig works, but ice maker does not. Grab ice. Washer and dryer work, but to say they are loud is an understatement. Front door is loose and makes noise when others on the floor shut their doors to hard. Minor stains on furniture and carpet were totally understandable. However, the black mold on the master bath ceiling is not. This has been mentioned in other reviews. Still not fixed. I say all of that to say this. With a little more tlc this place is a diamond in the rough. I will book again.

Location is the only thing that gets 5 stars
The location of this place is very convenient to the parks. The pool, game room, and basketball courts are the only thing that gets 5 stars from us. A little about our experience: 1: we only received 2 dishwasher tabs and 2 laundry detergent tabs for a party of 5 people. You are asked to do the dishes before you leave, so be prepared to buy some dishwasher detergent as there is also no dawn soap. 2: we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for our party of 5. Luckily we realized it before it was an emergency. 3: there are no hand towels 4: no trash cans in the bathrooms 5: there is mold above the showers. 6: the tv in the room with two beds does not work. You will see another review that mentions this and the manager responds that it’s been replaced, which is a lie. 7: the ice maker does not work. 8: I sent 4 messages to the property manager with questions and never received one response. We would go back to this property but would not recommend staying in this unit.

Great location, but condo not well managed
The location of this condo is great, and it's within walking distance to Walgreens, Publix, and Chick Fil A. But I had a hard time communicating with the management regarding our upcoming stay (I had to contact them to process the second half of my payment before our arrival), upon our arrival we found all of our bath towels had stains on them and the sheets had hairs and stains on them. The management did send over new towels and sheets, but asked me to send pictures of everything before they would replace them. Our condo was on the first floor just outside the main doors, which is where a security system (that was possibly broken?) beeped loudly about every 15 seconds. Our daughter's bedroom was right up against that wall, and she did not sleep well for three nights because she heard the beeping all night long. The condo itself is outdated, which is fine, but there are water stains on the walls and celling, and stains on the carpet in the master bedroom. The king sized bed was comfortable, but the queen and the two twins were extremely uncomfortable. It was also very hot in the condo and there are no ceiling fans.

We had to clean the unit when we arrived. There was food all over the floor. There was a chapstick under the table that we later found out was I the dryer and ruined our clothes. The carpet was heavily stained. There was mold one the ceiling, in the bathroom cabinet and master shower. The other master leaked water on the floor from the air exhaust vent. The couch appeared as if someone sat on it with suntan oil in several places.The ice maker was hanging off the fridge and the dryer was so plugged it didn’t dry. I contacted the owners and got a request for pictures, which I sent. The only response was a generic message saying to enjoy a 5% discount on our next visit.

Excellent location for occc volleyball tourney
Location was perfect, 2 min drive to the convention center. Overall our stay was great. A couple slight hiccups was that ice machine did not work, no dish towels for kitchen, no garbage can in master bath and need more than 6 bathing towels for a Family Of 6.

Discovery Cove/Sea World Orlando Trip
The condo was very big & nice. Pool was great. Location was perfect to get to Discovery Cove & Sea World. My only complaint was, the supplies and a few maintenance issues. We only had 1 extra trash bag for the week, no dish clothes or dish towels. The shower handle was mostly off but a piece of metal hanging anf front door handke very loose. I called maintenance but no reply. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at a nice gated condo community.
